So I bought these to be decorative pieces in a moss terrarium. They are perfect for that. Yes, they are small about the length of my hand (small, female hands) and they are shaped differently then the image photos, but thats because it seems to be natural wood (not manufactured), and thats how nature makes them. I think its just the luck of the draw that mine look unique and that I am happy with them, because some of the other photos posted I would be annoyed. They serve my purpose perfectly though.

I got a really good twosome of bark. Nice color, good size, no splinters or disintegration. No tiny shards. A very positive purchase.

I got this to use in a paludarium because it said aquatic. I haven't even put it in the tank yet and it's growing mold.Definitely not worth the money and would not recommend this product..

I was expecting interesting pieces of driftwood. Since the size is quite small (5 to 7"), I was looking forward to intricate pieces as suggested in the product description. As you can see in the photo, they were quite plan. Small little shards of driftwood. I guess it's a gamble, and I lost this one :(

After boiling/soaking this for several hours each day for 5 total days with a deep freeze in between, the water is finally almost clean. The wood has good shape but reminds me of railroad ties, it’s super dirty and I feared it would kill my new clutch of pleco’s. It was quite a bit of work but I’m happy with how it turned out.

Purchased for 10g aquarium, but currently soaking as recommended in description. They sank immediately, which is exactly what I wanted, and they're both unique pieces of natural wood that will look beautiful among the mini leaf grass in my tank. This wood produces natural tannins for a tea water effect, which imitates a natural habitat and has tons of health benefits for fish, and even though they generally tend to tinge the water, it actually keeps the water clear and minimizes haziness, resulting in less water changes and happier, healthier fish with lower maintenance(at least until tannins are gone). With that said, I probably won't soak them for longer than 24 - 48 hours.
