AQUATEK CO2 Paintball Tank Adapter for CGA 320 Standard CO2 RegulatorI use this as an adapter to connect paintball cylinders to a quick connect pressure hose for my soda stream. It worked perfectly.I applied teflon tape between this adapter and quick connect hose and tightened it down with wrenches. I also made sure the hose was in the off position before screwing in the cylinder.Be sure all the Orings and washers are in place and in good condition for your parts and everything should work as intended.* It will leak out the pressure hole if you connect your cylinder before connecting the adapter to your hose or machine!

I bought this adapter to connect a 20 ounce paintball CO2 canister to a regulator for beer home brewing. It's my first adventure with kegging beer, and I don't have a lot of space in my apartment. So, I'm setting up a small system with a 1.75 gallon keg. I don't have room for a larger CO2 canister. The adapter fit the 20 ounce CO2 canister and regulator perfectly.I don't have an on-off valve for the CO2, so I made sure to connect the adapter to the regulator first, and then I connected my CO2. I lost just a little squirt of gas before I achieved a tight seal. I also used teflon tape, and I didn't have any leaks.

It took me a while to set this up for my forced air (CO2) carbonator (aka my paintball tank, other parts, and this adapter :D ). Once it's on, it's great. I had a bunch of issues setting it up. Most of it was my ignorance, but one thing was the most frustrating - the little hole on the side that let's air out. I assume it's for safety. But venting out the side and all weird as it is, drove me inside and wasted time. I think better instructions would help. I was going to do 4 stars, but they just make 5 IMO

It’s more expensive than the others you can find on Amazon, but the quality is better. The others I got from other brand leaked, I end up lost almost the whole bottle of the CO2 and got frostbite on my hand when I tried to disconnect the adapter. This one I got was great, nothing leaked and worked great!

Bought it so I could switch to using a paintball tank in my keg refrigerator. The CO2 reg connects to this, which connects to the 20 oz paintball tank. I refill the paintball tank myself by using a paintball tank refill kit attached to a 20LB CO2 tank that is held upside down. Works great - the paintball tank takes up less room in the fridge, it is more portable than a 20LB tank and if there's a leak, I never lose more than 20OZ of CO2.Anyway, dinging it a star for having a cheap, blue coating. It looked hideous new, and looks even worse now that it has wrench scratches all over it. A little overpriced, also. For the cost, you'd think they'd have made it of stainless steel. However, it works just fine. Haven't noticed any problems with it. Remember to put teflon tape on all threads. Also remember to NEVER install this on your tank directly! It should always screw into your regulator first! Screwing it into the regulator can be a pain, since it is too small to get proper leverage, but it helps to have two wrenches.

First.. this is NOT for sodastream or any other overpriced silly Co2 machine. This is for an american style regulator such as those made for aquariums, beer brewing, or soda fountains to take an american style paintball tank instead of the big Co2 tanks you would normally use with those regulators. This works well, and unlike some other adapters you do not need to remove the stem from your gauges. I keep a 40 pound tank in the garage that I use to fill up paintball tanks. I then use those paintball tanks with this and a regulator intended for aquariums as the meat and potatoes of my diy carbonation setup. I get all the advantages of having a big tank without having to actually keep one in my kitchen.

Purchased this piece to serve as a refill adapter, and it cannot be used as such. Had to end up purchasing a different refill rig and this is now useless to me. I feel like it's used enough that I can't really return it so I'm kinda stuck.

Fits my Empire / Tippmann 24oz CO2 bottle well, and has a proper CGA320 male thread to fit with my regulator. I haven't tried this with a pressurized tank yet but the position of the breather hole looks to be correct and the dry-fitment was perfect so I don't expect any issues. Will be ordering a 2nd adapter for my other tank.
