I originally got this for replacing my dehumidifier filter. I have since used it for making custom filters for 2 inch weep holes in my concrete compost pit, fan intake filters in the barn, etc. The filter cuts nicely without falling apart (use sheet metal shears), rinses out nicely when dirty, and seems to last forever. It's been 2 years since I first bought it, and I haven't had to replace any of them. As a, added bonus, I even use the scraps as scrubbers for cleaning metal, etc.

This roll is great for the cost. One thing I have noticed is it needs to be rinsed thoroughly before first time use. After one real good rinse to loosen and release loose filter particles, the filter media is malleable and easy to cut and fit to needed shape and size. Good product. 72†should last me a while but assuming I need this grade of filter media, I’ll be back for more.

We needed a filter to put in our waterfall basin and precut sizes were pricy. This is great! Easy to cut to size needed. Placed it in the bottom of the basin and it’s easy to take out and rinse off every couple of weeks. I recommend this product and will buy again, but it will be a while as this will last for a long time!

Works well. Stiff enough to keep its position and not fall over or bend out of the way of the waterflow. Close enough weave to capture debris and muck - leaving the water clear. More expensive but lasts longer also.

Used this to replace 10 year old filter, it is pretty stiff and huge but cuts ok. Hard to force into curved filter frame so hope it does get more flexible over time.
