I bought this as a requested birthday gift. Arrived in good order and the box it came in even had some extra metal on the ends to protect the parts. Yes I mean parts because assembly is required. There is a decent enough screwdriver and deadblow hammer included to aid in construction. Finished drawers with slides work well and all drawers are lockable. I would buy again if needed.

File cabinet was delivered in perfect condition. Thanks for using USPS. They are much more careful with items. The file cabinet had really good packaging so that it wouldn’t get damaged. Also, it was totally assembled. I didn’t even half to put the wheels on it. Just what I needed. Thanks.

One of the drawers won't stay on track when I pull it out, I have to keep resetting it and it does it time and time again, shouldn't be that way for $99

This is cheap and whoever designed it or took part in it's creation should be ashamed of themselves. Absolutely the cheapest thing on the planet. Anything that requires assembly gets one star regardless of difficulty level. Normalizing assembly is unacceptable. You'd be better off finding a file cabinet from the 80s at a garage sale.

I have been using it for a while and the quality is very good. It is a heavy-duty metal filing cabinet. I accidentally lost my key, and the seller sent me a new key directly. The service was excellent.
