The good: bolted into place easily on my Coleman 2400psi engine perfectly. Removing the original pump was a pain in the butt requiring an hour and all kinds of creative short wrenches held by visegrips to unbolt it, but this new pump went back on in literally 2-3 minutes. The not so good: this pump is longer/narrower than most - I had cut off the plate on the front of my cart to make proper room for it, and the input port lined up with the cart frame close enough to make a knuckle basher when connecting hoses. The glitch: my (purchased used) pump unit was outright defective...not worth it to save 10$, so don't buy used pumps for any reason: that unit sprayed water out of the housing and it never got any pressure, so back to the Amazon mothership for a new one...The awesome: replacement unit arrived FAST, free shipping all three ways from Amazon despite the weight of these. New unit beautifully packed unlike the first one, with a new set of bolts, chemical suction tube and clear instructions. Bolted on in 2 minutes again to my former 2400psi Coleman engine. Turned water on, and NO WATER LEAKED PAST SEALS. This unit is tight like it should be!Engine on, and WOW it works. My gauge maxed out, so I'll benchmark a real task: a 0 degree nozzle cleans scummy concrete WELL at 15 feet, darned good at 30 feet. 15 degree cleans a 6-8" fan WELL, so I'm guessing I really am getting 3000psi out of this -- much better than I remember this washer ever working.Info for buyers: This pump requires a 3/4" engine shaft with 3/16" x 1-3/4" square key. This is very standard for almost all washer engines in this class. Where most replacements go bad is engines with the wrong mounting hole spacing. My engine has ***3 9/16"*** square/hole to hole/perimeter spacing, which this pump DOES fit. Now that the pump has 8 mounting holes where you only use 4. This is to accommodate engines with a 3 5/8 hole to hole spacing. They sound really close, but the holes and spindle radius must *match*, making this pump much more versatile than single spacing brands (smart move for AR-NA!!).Tip: because tolerances are necessarily tight, be sure to use a dab of grease on the spindle/keyway to make installation easier and keep the metal from trying to weld itself over time - the keyway is a solid mechanical linkage, so greasing this will NOT cause any slippage. It is mounted by 4 x 5/16"-24 x 1" Allen (1/4") head bolts in a 3-5/8" diameter square pattern.

This was a replacement pump for my Ridgid pressure washer. My original pump I had to rebuild 2 years ago, and it gave out so I purchased this. The design was a little different as shown in the pictures, and only would allow me to mount this in one position. The entire process was very easy and quick. I removed my pressure hose quick-connect adapter from my old pump and placed it on this.Everything worked without any adjustments. The first thing I noticed during operation is that this pump puts a load on the motor compared to the original pump. It does not kill the motor, but you can hear the motor working hard.Overall this saved me hundreds by just replacing the pump and not the entire pressure washer.

I almost trashed my Rigid Pressure Washer that has to be at least 10 years old. It has a great little Suzuki motor on it but when I went to start it to do my spring cleaning it would not start and the pump felt like it was seized up. I removed the 4 bolts, then the pump and then started the motor to make sure it was running and it started right away. I looked up the model# online and after reading the reviews went ahead and ordered the pump. It took five minutes to install the pump and when I fired it up the unit was working but was bogging down. I messed with the unloader valve and it works well now with no issues.

Was looking to replace my pressure washer pump on my 2600 psi Troy-bilt 020208. The OEM pump was 194106GS and this pump look to be a updated replacement to the original part. I've had my pressure washer since 2007 so it has been good to us but have already fixed/rebuilt the pump twice and had to work on it two other times. I have been limping it along for the last year, procrastinating on fixing it. This time it was looking to cost over $200 to fix and replace the OEM parts and a original pump was over $200. So finding this and at the price seemed like a great deal but was not sure how it would fit and how well it would work. The was a direct fit and pressure is better that the OEM piece. It definitely loads the motor down more but the Honda motor does very well with it. The attachment hoses fit a little tight to the frame but they still fit without modifications. Overall with only one once use I am very happy and impressed with the new unit. Time will tell how reliable it ends up being but with less aluminum parts that will corrode and rot-out like the OEM piece, I am hopeful.

Came within a couple days and had it bolted on my old Simoniz 2900 from Canadian Tire within 15mins. Works great and even feels like more pressure than the old failed pump. Very happy with this purchase. Saved me $$$ buying a new pressure washer. thank you!!

Worked perfectly to replace Simoniz Platinum 3000 pump. 4 bolts to remove. Took less than 15 mins to replace.
