This easy-to-install pump replacement kit is for gas pressure washers* with a horizontal engine and a 3/4" diameter shaft, such as the Honda GC190 and Honda GX200. This pump can produce up to 3400 PSI at 2.5 GPM. The 90029 has stainless steel pistons for improved seal life and features a stainless steel integrated unloader with our easy-start system. Could have gone with Chinese, lot cheaper. But decided to go with the Simpson OEM part. Pressure wouldn't hold, kept kicking in and out, finally no pressure. Fast ship, removed 4 1/2" bolts. Need a wrench or swivel. Old pump was rusted and hard to get off, used rubber mallet. Cleaned shaft, greased and lined up keyway. Works like a new one. Cheaper than a new pressure washer. Simpson with Honda GC190

Bought it as a temporary replacement for my Dewalt 3100 Power washer while waiting for back ordered repair parts. When I opened the box and saw how small it was compared to my own pump (about 1/3 the size) I wanted to send it back because I figured it couldn't be very powerful.....But unknown to me ..It is a non returnable item. Even if it was never used. Amazon refused to do a return.Figured ...as long as I was "stuck" with it..I would bolt it on and see what it can do. Installation takes only 5 minutes.I was surprised at how well it worked. Good power for a small unit. Ran it for an hour with no problem.I am still going to put my old pump back on once it is repaired..But I would recommend this pump to anyone needing a replacement

This was a replacement for a pump that failed after 8 years of use. It was easy to install and in my first use it works as good as the original pump. I would recommend this product!

This pump works great, I've had it on a Simpson pressure washer with a Honda GX 200 motor for 2 years and have not had any issues with it. Definitely worth the money.

This pump has the right bolt pattern and shaft size to fit the older model Simoniz with the 6 hp Mitsubishi engine only issue was the out put shaft on the engine was 3/4 or 19 mm to long this was easily solved by cutting off the extra on the shaft it is mild steel not hardened and easily cut with a good grade hacksaw and finished with a good file you may also have to shorten the key.This will not be an issue on the newer models as time went on the manufactures figured out that they could use less material to make the engines. The pump itself has more pressure than the original pump had.

Installed pump quite easily. Powered up pressure washer motor. Newly installed pump does not build up high pressure. Instructions has no trouble shooting procedures. Really disappointed.Went back to get a refund from Amazon - and even more disappointed that message says product is not eligible for return or refund.

Easy to install. Fit right on my simoniz 6.5 hp Briggs and Stratton Motor. When I first ran it for a minute it was great. Then lost all power. Shut it down tryed again same thing. Was all ready to return it than I read a review where this guy was running on 1/2 throttle. So I decided to try that. Same thing. But this time I ran it a bit. Working the trigger. Than it started working like it should. Must of been air trapped in it. Customer (manufacturer) service had no idea what was going on with it. Just figured I should put this out their for people who have the same problem that I did.
