Installation steps - (Wear gloves to keep bulb hygienic). If the installation is abnormal, Araca will provide you with installation guidance.
How to extend the life of the projector bulb
1. After the shutdown, only wait for the fan to stop before disconnecting the power.
2. After turning off the projector, wait at least 60 minutes to reboot.
3. Do not disconnect the power directly during use.
4. No more than 4 hours each use time.
5. Make sure there are no obstacles around the projector to allow the projector to dissipating heat normally.
6. Regularly clean the dust inside the projector and the bulb, otherwise the elevated temperature will cause the projector shut down automatically to protect it.

I purchased this product in April 2nd 2024 and it has died on December 4th. I am disappointed in its longevity. If the company reaches out to me I am willing to change this rating. 8 Months of usage compared to the original bulb that gave me 3 years of usage is unacceptable.

Easy to install (even came with a screwdriver) and worked ! I tried 2 bulbs from other sellers and they both had faults and had to be returned.

Bought this lamp in 2019 to replace the original in my projector. In March of 2024 it finally went out on me (with a bang) after just shy of 5 years and almost 5,000 hours logged all in dynamic mode. I could tell in the end it was near it's life, was still decently bright but had a bit of a flicker you could notice on solid colors. All in all, I'm very pleased, it exceeded my expectations.

UPDATE: COMPANY WAS GREAT TO WORK WITHTHEY SENT MW A REPLACEMENT BULB WHICH WORKED FLAWLESSLY IT WAS BRIGHT IT WAS JUST LIKE MY ORIGINAL BULB. I STILL THINK THEY NEED TO DO A BETTER JOB ON THE SILICONE SEAL THE CASING HAS BUT NOT THAT BIG OD A DEAL. THE COMPANY WAS AWESOME TO WORK WITH AND THE PRODUCT SUPERB.I had really bad experience with this item, I order it and the first bulb I received flickered and was extremely dark. Amazon sent a replacemt and this one looked great but within 30 to 40 mins it started smelling like a chemical smell was being burnt, I double checked installation and nothing was misplaced but the chemical smell was still coming out of the projector. I opened all my windows let it cool down removed the bulb and replaced it with an original bulb and no issues. I guess you get what you paid for I wouldn't recommend it at all.

Highly recommend. Cheaper and just as bright. Be careful when installing not to shatter it there is thin glass inside and use clean gloves

Everyone is looking at this bulb because it’s more cost effective than one from Optoma. The bulb I got first was defective and went dark VERY quickly and the company replaced it very quickly, like next day quickly. They’ve stated that they will replace it as often as needed over the warranty period which, in my opinion based on my experience, you can count on.The bulbs brightness seems pretty good. I can’t say for sure how it compares to the one that came original with the projector however we have no complaints with the brightness level. It just hooked right in with a couple screws and a molex plug.I have no qualms about recommending this product from a warranty and brightness standpoint. The cx reps are amazing to deal with.

The connector fit perfect, or so I thought. Inside I guess the pins were loose, or didn't connect fully, even though it was fully seated. So when I turned it one it melted the connectors on my projector and on the bulb. Smelled like burning rubber, and could have started a fire. I cut off the melted connectors, and bought new ones from CT. I contacted the company, they eventually got back to me and offered to pay for the fix, or give me another bulb but Alas afterward they ghosted me. So the bulb itself is working well, now. I would be very careful using this product.Edit: since the review I have been contacted by email multiple time by the company and finally they refunded the amount to fix the wiring that melted.

Worked great in my Optoma UHD60 until it just died out of nowhere after 86 days. Had some issues with Amazon getting in touch with the reseller. Eventually returned the item and later the resseler contact me directly and provided a replacement completely free of charge. Yet to test the replacement but will update if later if it was a single dud or overal product quality issues
