This mailbox is absolutely amazing! It’s very sturdy! When I got this product, it had no dents or scratches, which was great! The fact that it has a lock in the front and the back also with four keys is amazing. Now I don’t have to worry about anyone stealing mail from my mailbox. Even though this mailbox is very large it’s not overly heavy. We put this mailbox up a few months ago and I can say with all this rain and sun that we have been getting I have seen no signs of rust or paint peeling.

probably the only drawback is that it is slightly too big (1/8 inch wider) than the shelf that holds my old mailbox.

Installation was easy! (That’s what dads are for right!?) It keeps the mail fairly dry and is secure! Kept people from checking my mail when I didn’t want them to. There are like 4 or 5 keys that come with it. You can’t use them with another box. I tested it that with my parents mailbox that’s the same exact one.

My mom wanted this specific mailbox because all of her neighbors had it. It's super huge--both wide and long, but my husband installed it quickly and easily with the attached screws/lugnuts, etc. It comes with a set of 4 keys (2 for the front and 2 for the back). I would say the only downside is that you have to use the keys to retrieve your mail, so you better not lose them! I'm not sure if you can get replacements or make copies, because they look like inexpensive bike lock keys. The benefit is that small boxed packages can be safely deposited into the box and no one can yoink them--you have to unlock the back to retrieve them. Also outgoing mail is clipped inside for some sense of security. It's well made and sturdy, but you have to want to use a key to use this mailbox.

This sturdy, extra large locking mail box is well made and is pretty close to everything we were looking for. The only thing that could’ve made it perfect is if the pieces of outgoing mail didn’t have to be bent in order to fit the shape of the flap that it’s clipped to.
