Argos 100 Place Cryo Storage Boxes are constructed of translucent polypropylene and can accommodate 0.5, 1.5 and 2.0mL Microtube as well as most manufactured brands of cryogenic vials. Argos Cryo Storage Boxes can withstand temperatures from -80°C to +121°C and will not degrade like traditional cardboard storage boxes. A lock and seal triple hinge and locking clasp keeps your samples secure while the box is closed. Each box has a dual alphanumeric grid (inside and outside), impressed rings for stacking, and a matte surface for printing or labeling. Good material. Closes nicely with no product warp. Have yet to run these in the autoclave.

I am currently doing field work on insects and was running out of storage boxes for my samples, so I needed cryogenic storage boxes for my microcentrifuge tubes fast and delivered to the apartment I am renting during this field trip. Worked like a charm (they were even delivered a day early), these boxes are exactly as advertised, in perfect condition, and fit up to 2.0 ml tubes perfectly. Now I am ready to continue my research ;)

Good quality boxes with sturdy hinges. Holds up well at -80oC. Will buy more of these.

El pedido incluyó 5 cajas de almacenamiento y de las 5, llegaron 3 con defectos o rotas. Estas cajas tienen buen etiquetado interno y agarre de las tapas, sin embargo, el plástico del cual están hecho es muy frágil y no se empaca de forma adecuada para los envíos. Esto ocasiona que las cajas lleguen rotas. Sería bueno empacar como artículos frágiles o colocar más protección a los lados en los empaques.

Ya había comprado se estás cajas antes, en ambas ocasiones llegaron por lo menos una rota. Funcionan bien, aunque las filas de la periferia deberían de tener un espacio extra para que permita cerrar bien con cuslquier tipo de vial.

En general las cajas están bien, solo ese detalle de que dos de las tapas están rotas, las necesito si no las regresaba
