As silly as most of the pictures advertising this type of item look, it actually does work.I've been dealing with a pinching pain in my arm pits when doing curl exercises, and it hurts my shoulders to try to correct is. This bar makes it a lot easier to do curls, but it's not as comfortable as it could be. The strap and the padding on this item feel cheap and just a bit thicker would be nice.

I mean, it does exactly what it says. It allows you to focus in and isolate those biceps. It’s built really well for the price. It was easy to figure out exercises to use for. It definitely secure to my body well and was comfortable to workout with.

I received this yesterday and so I can’t speak for the durability of the neck strap over time and how it will last but the main metal section is very sturdy. Just holding weights while wearing this thing makes just about anyone with any sort of muscle look enormous. I had to show the wife and she had a laugh about how buff I suddenly looked with this on 😂. It definitely feels like it works as my arms were pretty sore and the tightness and fatigue was very obvious. Adjustment of the straps will help for comfort as you have to position it over the rib cage. Any lower and it will cut into you and that doesn’t feel all that good as I discovered. Start of with light weight until you get comfortable with it. I may wear this for Halloween just to scare the kids? Nice piece of kit for sure so far and fairly inexpensive for what you get.
