This is a well-made unit although the straps are a little on the weak side, but I think you’ll get past that after you see results like I do.

I LOVE THE CHANGE IN MY biceps, they are more defined and developing really nice peaks!! The isolation the arm blaster provides is amazing, I just wish they were a little wider.

This was a VERY pleasant surprise and a MOST EFFECTIVE supplement for those who are SERIOUS about their arm training. It's also GREAT for those of us who do NOT NEGLECT OUR FOREARM TRAINING AS WELL!!! Wait!!! Come back!!! The ADDED BONUS of wrist straps as part of this purchase is SHEER GENIUS!!!I must say that was a MAJOR FACTOR in my decision to go with Tikaton and I will be looking at their line of products much closer going forward!!! Great for triceps ALSO!!!So until Kai Greene is back on the Olympia stage... MAKE MINE TIKATON!!! Nuff said.

For what you pay this is classic 1970s iron pumping accessories. Plus the sturdy wrist straps they throw in is a bonus. Worth every penny. You may want to place a towel on the back of your neck or wear a hoodie for additional padding.
