I like this water dispenser.Comments made in reviews have easy remedies!Do not tighten the lid as it creates a vacuum and the water doesn't flow. Leave it loose. Any water dispenser will have this vacuum issue. Drilling a hole in the top cover is not necessary and is unsanitary. The container itself is thin compared to water bottle delivery companies. The price is right. I fill with drinking water refilled at water dispensers with my reuseable gallon jugs and then fill this unit. It never leaves my counter top. No issue with breakage. If you do take it to a water dispenser to fill, it will break as it is really not for this purpose. The spigot did drip slightly when I first filled it, as I was watching for this. Plumbers use plumbers tape for this reason. It is not a design flaw!I liked mine so much, I ordered another for my bathroom to dispense drinking water, too.I may buy another for the other end of my home for convienence.

I keep water in mine, definitely cheaper than individual bottles and not creating more plastic bottles going to the land fill or the ocean. It’s a perfect stand-in for “water-in-the-door†which three of my previous refrigerators had. I put unsoftened water in this and it is super easy to open the refrigerator door and use the spigot to fill my individual water container. Its slim line takes up very little space, leaving lots of room for my other refrigerated items. Love it!

It took several times to get the dispenser so it wouldn't leak. And then after I washed it from using it now I cannot get it to stop leaking. No matter how many times I undo it and redo it it's still leaks. So I do not recommend this item.

I use three of these for making up Gatorade. I run three miles daily and like to have electrolyte mix ready before and after I run. The jugs themselves are a life saver when it comes to time and convenience. Rehydrating is as simple as grabbing a glass and hitting the nozzle. The reason I took a star off, is because these jugs can have leakage problems. Do not fill from the nozzle! Use the top. You can cram more fluid in using the nozzle but the plastic is pretty thin and when you fill it from the nozzle some weird pressure situation happens which can lead to leakage. I ended up using plumbers tape to remedy this. Good product just be careful with it.

I am loving it, my refrigerator is narrow and I only have one small free space for this water dispenser. I was a little afraid after reading a few bad reviews, saying that it drips, I didn’t have any issues. I wrapped plumber’s tape prior to install the little faucet. I have it for three months already and it works like a charm. I wash it every time I empty it and voila!!

I picked this up after the Great American COVID-19 Horde-A-Thon, where I was out of town on a business trip when the rest of the country went crazy and bought out every cleaning product in every supermarked and big-box store. After I got back home I was fortunate enough to score a little commercial sanitizer, but where it was geared toward making a gallon batch at a time. Enter this jug - it's just slightly larger than the size I needed (which worked out great since I have room to slosh the contents around to make sure everything is uniformly mixed), has clear gradiation marks along the sides that make it easy to measure the appropriate amount of water, and the spigot was perfect for either filling up a spray bottle afterwards for use on countertops and similar surfaces. And the size is great for tucking away in between mixing fresh batches - much much more convenient than a round jug or a bucket. It'd also fit nicely in my fridge if I were using it to keep some cool drinking water handy. Is it sturdy enough to toss in the back of my Jeep to hold water on a camping trip? Errrr, well .... maybe, but I'd probably bring one of my other containers. Is it study enough to keep cold water in the fridge or mix up a simple cleaning solution? Heck yes!

I purchased this container to replace a 12-year old one that started leaking in my fridge. This one actually cost more that I had expected but I hadn't bought one for over a decade. Unfortunately, this one leaked day-1. I was able to remedy the problem which boiled down to the rough molding of the spigot opening of the container. I simply filed off the small burrs left over from the blow-molding process. It hasn't leaked since. This is lucky to get 3 stars as I would have expected a water container to arrive without leaks! The relatively easy fix saved me from returning. If you buy one and it leaks, try this fix!

I bought 8 of the various Arrow models to use in home gardening as water reservoirs for Blumat clay autowatering stakes. Added food coloring so I can see the water level and it really looks attractive. Holds a lot of water so don't have to refill often. Should be easy to clean. All are working well so far.2.5 gallons of water is very heavy (handle helps) and would really would take up a lot of space in the fridge. I did test out the spigot and it works well, doesn't leak. So if I throw a party or have guests staying with me, I could wash one out and use as a drinks container. Now we'll see how long they last in the Florida sun.

This product is great to be able to have cold water available in the refrigerator. It is slim, not taking up much shelf width but is tall and fitted in nicely after adjusting refrigerator shelf height space. Easy and convenient cold water. Robust container, practical volume, large easy fill cap, easy grip handle and tap spigot works reliably (no drips).

Very disappointed by my water fridge dispenser. It gets air locks and doesn’t flow freely. Is so slow to fill a glass

This water dispenser has been a convenient addition to our household. The container is easy to fill and dispenses water much faster than our alkaline water machine so we just fill and leave it in our fridge , making it a practical solution for quick access to alkaline water. One thing to note is that you need to untwist the top of the container just enough to allow air to flow in; this step is necessary for the water to dispense quickly. Without this, the flow is noticeably slower the more you empty the container. In terms of usability, this dispenser makes drinking water more accessible and encourages better hydration habits. It’s compact and doesn’t take up much space in the fridge, which is a huge plus. The simple design also makes it easy to use, with a straightforward spout mechanism that works smoothly.Pros:-Quick Dispensing: Faster water flow compared to using the alkaline machine directly.-Compact Size: Doesn’t take up much space in the fridge, making it suitable for small kitchens or packed refrigerators.-Encourages Hydration: Makes it easier to access and drink water regularly.-Easy to Use: Simple design with an intuitive spout mechanism.Cons:-Requires Airflow Management: You have to untwist the top of the container to allow air in for faster water flow, which might be a bit inconvenient for some users(I just leave it slightly untwisted after putting it in the fridge).-Manual Refilling Needed: The container needs to be refilled manually, which can be cumbersome if you consume a lot of water daily.Overall, this water dispenser is a handy tool that simplifies access to filtered water, making it easier to maintain hydration throughout the day. It’s a good choice for those who want a compact and efficient solution in their fridge.
