A friend in the glass studio stored her boro & soft glass rods in one of these, and she texted me the link of this product. Not the usual application for this container but boy does it keep the glass rods used for torchwork neat & tidy!! Great product!!

This is the luxurious way to store 2 1/2†strips leftover from jelly rolls or cut from scraps. You can see through the plastic enough to tell which one you have/approximately what fabrics are inside, which saves a lot of digging. The pieces also lay flat so you don’t have to keep re-ironing. And they are stackable, which I can’t say about other scrap management containers. I originally purchased two and came back for two more.

This looks like a nice sturdy little case, however, it is 24" long and I should have read more closely! These are featured on teacher sites to hold borders and unless you want to cut them all with an extra 12" This will not fit the standard size. If you want it for other things, it seems very well done!

I needed something to store my quilt strips and I saw this and it fit the bill perfectly. I love the clamps on the inside that secure the fabric strips nice and neat and away from my curious cats (they think every piece of fabric in my sewing room is a ready made bed). This bin sure beats having to store my strips in a zip lock bag.

ArtBin provides sturdy storage boxes and this one is made to store 2.5 inch fabric strips. This is perfect for those extra strips from a partially used jellyroll. I also cut my quilting scraps into convient 2.5 inch strips and 5 inch charm squares. This box comes with 2 inserts to hold strips in place when the bin is only partially full. The lid is hinged and will not get lost.My friend also uses this product to store her 1.5 inch strips.
