This capsule filling toolkit comes with everything needed to easily make capsules ranging from size 000 to size 3. The only downside of using this toolkit is that I can only make one capsule at a time. That said, I find this toolkit useful for making capsules outside of my main size. Occasionally I need to make smaller or bigger capsules that don’t fit my filler, so I use this toolkit instead.

I bought this after researching kits to fill size 5 capsules for cat medication. It advertises that it is for size 000, 00, 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 capsules but does not have a hole for size 4 or 5 capsules in the tray, and the package insert indeed says the tray is for size 000, 00, 0, 1, 2, & 3. You can fill the smaller ones but have to hold them in your fingers, yourself. False advertising. Returning it.

if you have to have the tampers, buy it otherwise skip it.the graphic images are MISLEADING. they do not seem like they are photographs but just adobe illustrator renderings...the image with the pan and the hand tool pushing contents from the pan into a capsule IS A BAD SUGGESTION of how to fill capsules. too sloppy, messy, and too much time...most of this stuff seems designed by people who never filled a capsule.the machined tamper tools are useful. I guess the tamper heads are useful too.the dual ended long spoon is a silly item with poor design and it could have been done better unless you have a snuff box.the long spoon is useless for me.the short spoons are useless for me because CAPSULES need to be filled.large spoon is useless for me because CAPSULES need to be filled cleanly.the capsule holder is stamped and cold rolled. it has unfinished edges with burrs and it's junk unless you're an a keebler elf or a smurf.the powder pan is stamped and cold rolled, has unfinished edges with burrs and is useless.the storage tin box is cheap and flimsy.the brush is just some plastic bristle brush you may get with your electric shaver.you're basically paying $8.00 per tamper plus some tamper heads and getting some stamped, cold rolled, poorly finished edges pot metal that was not made to be used for what it is being sold for.

Il kit è molto completo e contiene tutta una serie di strumenti necessari (o meno) al riempimento di capsule vuote. Nel manuale di istruzioni sono elencate due modalità di riempimento (la prima è decisamente la meno complicata), e funziona abbastanza bene grazie anche al reggi capsule.Diciamo che ci vuole un pò prima di prenderci la mano (soprattutto per applicare la pressione corretta per pressare il contenuto della capsula), ma i risultati sono abbastanza buoni.IIl prezzo è abbastanza in linea con prodotti simili.

Das echt umfangreiche Kapselfüller-Set wurde in einem stabilen Klappetui aus Metall geliefert, das in einer Folie eingeschweißt war. Dem Set liegt eine beidseitig bedruckte illustrierte und sehr instruktive Beschreibung bei, die auch von der Größe und Lesbarkeit her bestens gestaltet ist. Daß sie im Etui Platz findet, finde ich echt optimal..Die Werkzeuge bestehen aus hochwertigem Edelstahl - die aus Blech gefertigten Komponenten sind z.T. mit einer hervorragend hafteten Schutzfolie abgedeckt. Das Set wurde praxisnah zusammengestellt und enthält alles, was man zum Füllen von Medikamentenkapsel benötigt wird..Der Kapselhalter nimmt die Kapsel sicher auf, was das Befüllen stark erleichtert. Die paßgenauen Bohrungen sind leider an der Untersete vom Stanzen ein wenig gratig, was ich allerdings problemlos beheben kann..Die "Pulverpfanne" besteht aus abgekantetem Edelstahlblech - auch wenn die Stoßkanten nicht verbunden sind, ist sie recht robust aufgebaut. Sie eignet sich hervorragend als Wägeschiffchen für Feststoffe - die polierte Oberfläche und der feine Ausgang sind dabei enorme Vorteile..Auch die 6 Spatel sind bestens verarbeitet - 3 davon sind aus poliertem Blech geprägt und besitzen Rinnen mit unterschiedlichen Radien zum Befüllen von Kapseln unterschiedlicher Größe. Eine große löffelartige Grifffläche am Ende erleichtert das gezielte Arbeiten. Zwei präzise Doppelspatel sind zum Vorbereiten und Mischen der Substanzen bestens geeignet - der dritte Kleinspatel ist einseitig mit einer Fläche für Pulver ausgestattet, während das andere Ende eine zylindrische Form besitzt und so zum Verdichten geeignet ist - dieser Spatel besitzt eine sauber gerändelte Fläche zum sicheren Greifen..2 Stopfer mit Kunststoff-Griffflächen runden das Set ab - einer besitzt eine feste zylindrische Fläche, während der andere auf einem leichtgängiges Gewinde endet, auf das ein von vier mit unterschiedlichen Durchmessern versehener Zylinderaufsatz zum Verdichten des Kapselinhalts geschraubt werden kann. Auch diese kleinen Werkzeuge sind präzise gearbeitet..Insgesamt gesehen sind die Werkzeuge in diesem Kapselfüller-Set sorgfältig und hochwertig verarbeitet. Ich verwende sie nicht nur für den eigentlichen Zweck, sondern auch für Experimente im naturwissenschaftlichen Bereich, bei denen ich mit minimalen Substanzmengen arbeite, z.B. in der Mikrobiologie. Ich finde, die Qualität ist gut und man kann dieses Set auch im professionellen Bereich verwenden - ich jedenfalls bin mit diesem gut zusammengestellten Set sehr zufrieden.

Está fabricado con materiales de calidad y tiene un aspecto técnico, aunque los acabados de algunas de las partes son un tanto cortantes (quizás podrÃan haber estado más pulidos). El estuche en el que se guarda todo es práctico además de elegante. Rellenar cápsulas no es algo que uno haga todos los dÃas, pero en mi caso lo pedà sobre todo por el aspecto estético y por la relación que esto tiene con un trabajo anterior que tuve hace muchos años en un laboratorio.En los consejos de utilización que dan según las figuras recomiendan pesar el polvo en la balanza y después cogerlo de la balanza con una cuchara grande para transferirlo a la bandeja dispensadora o bien recogerlo de la balanza con una cucharilla pequeña para echarlo directamente a las cápsulas. Aquà querrÃa remarcar que lo correcto en el primer caso poner directamente la bandeja dispensadora en la balanza (quizás sobre un papel para proteger el plato de la balanza) y tararla. En el segundo caso lo más correcto me parecerÃa poner un papel encima del plato de la balanza y tarar antes de pesar el polvo y a continuación retira del papel con el polvo de la balanza y transferirlo a las cápsulas con la ayuda de una de las cucharillas pequeñas.
