The swing feature can add a groovy feel to everything at once, or for individual instruments by selecting the “Current Track” button on the drum sound you want to apply it to.
For when you want something, but aren’t sure and don’t really mind what, the Randomness knob lets you dial in random hits. Like Swing, this can be applied globally or just for individual instruments.

This is a great sounding and functional analog drum machine with good connectivity and it's very playable. I've seen a few reviews (here and on YouTube) that note the limited number of sounds or functionality for the price and I think they're missing the point. This is an old-school inspired box with some modern functionality and it's excellent at what it does (punchy and powerful drums) with some sound design and mixing options, plus a nice distortion circuit. I personally love being able to mute or solo different drum parts and the beat repeat/roll function adds a lot of spice!

Love this thing. It works great with my setup and It's easy to ad-lib drum patterns into anything I'm working on. Analog machines are expensive, and not all are created equal. This one hits the bill for so many reasons for me personally, but mine was specifically bought for my personal workflow.

Literally the most fun I've had right out of the box with any piece of gear. The controls are super intuitive and easy to learn. I love the individual outputs for different instruments. I ran the FM drum through a guitar delay pedal and then through an amp overdrive while maintaining the rest of the mix on its own; super cool sounds and potential. Base on all that, I 'd say it's highly recommended if you're looking for an analog drum machine!I haven't messed around much with it as a MIDI controller or anything but I have high hopes that I think will be met.

I use this instrument often for specific purposes. Obviously, it's not going to recreate your natural sounding drums for guitar backing tracks and the such, but it's a perfect compliment to some synthesizer accompaniment. There are some sounds I just don't use at all, but they might go with other styles. The sequencer is well-thought out and easy to use while the rhythmic adjustments give it plenty of flexibility. There are some features I wish it had, but considering the price, it's probably just at the right value.

If you have limited desk space, pull out your tape measure as it's a bit larger than I expected, but this also means it has a good work surface with playable pads and doesn't feel cramped. Check out the tubes for sound demos. To my ears, this is what I want in analog drums with X0X sequencing. Arturia has really done a nice job on this one and I don't think you can beat it for the price.Pro tip: If you need to sequence this with other gear and it's not clocking correctly, check out Arturia's companion software to access the click in/out settings. On my first pass, the Impact was driving a Moog DFAM way too fast until I changed the default click setting to something else. You only have to do it once.

This is it. At first I was sad about the toms because my son's cheap roland aira t8 toms were better but then I realized the second mode added more decay options and then I was happy again. This has the ability to do polyrhythms which is SUPER UWU! I love it. For the price, it can't be beat.

Distortion ve fm ünitesi ile renkli bir ses paleti mümkün ancak yine de bu konuda aşırı bir beklenti içerisinde olmamak gerekli.Hatler tek bir devreye bağlı, aynı anda (aynı gridde) closed hat ve open hat çalamıyor.Diğer drum machinelerden ayıran kısmı polyrhythm özelliği, fazlasıyla etkileyici buldum.Fiyat olarak uygun olduğu için tercih ettim, daha yüksek fiyatı olsaydı kesinlikle daha başka bir modele yönelirdim.

When you use a phrase like "One trick pony" then people often think that's an insult. But if something does it's one thing well, and is priced reasonably, then i honestly mean it as a compliment..This is one of those devices that just has one set of sounds that you can tweak a little bit. But once you know to expect that then it's not really a cause to criticize..I love this machine. I was looking for the bigger O.G. version, but the fact that they are sold out everywhere i looked says a lot. This is good though, and it fits into my hardware rig in a way it's bigger brother probably wouldn't..

Von allen Geräten, die ich bis jetzt gekauft habe hat es mir auf Anhieb die meiste Freude gemacht.Die Sounds sind richtig satt. Einfach alle wichtigen Parameter für jedes Instrument an der richtigen Stelle. Der Sequenzer ist einfach zu bedienen und damit lässt sich auch im Lauf gut anpassen und erweitern, sowohl im Livemode als auch im Stepmode. Besonders, dass man mit den Fingern die Drums regelrecht hämmern und spielen kann statt nur ein Pattern zu konfigurieren macht Laune.
