Aside from my Baader Contrast Booster, this is the most used filter I have. I stack this one occasionally with the BCB for lunar work in my 6in Mak but mostly it lives at the end of a diagonal in either a Meade ST80 or a 102mm f/6.5. Both refractors show false colour at higher magnification and this filter trims out enough to take the edge off. The result is a sharper image with only a slight yellow tinge.
