This is the first laptop I’ve ever had that wasn’t HP or Dell and I always had the issue of the computer drastically slowing down after the first few weeks or so. This one hasn’t done that. It runs so fast. And the display quality is amazing. Everything is super easy to use. I use the Touch screen for digital art and it works so well. My only issue is that the sound is not very loud but I think it’s mostly the placement of the speakers. Other than that this is a super amazing product and it was worth every penny!

Screen was glitchy, lagged running a simple google doc and the finish on the keyboard was flaky and looked already used. Also the free returns is a lie, they only reimburse $4 of shipping fees and it cost me $30 to send back. Don't get this pos unless u have a kink for wasting time and money.
