GAEYAELE GRT8-S1 Asymmetric Cycle Timer Relay
Applications
- It is used for regular room ventilation, cyclic dehumidification, light control, circulating pumps, noon signs, etc.
Function Features
- Time Functions: Cycler beginning with pulse or Cycler beginning with pause.
- Function choice is done by an external jumper of terminals S-A1.

LED Indicator

Worked perfectly for what I needed which was to turn a 12V solar water pump on every day and off after 4 hrs hours. Solar pump has a battery to keep this on after the sun sets.

Operates on almost any Voltage, Easy to set up.. Used to turn device on for X amount of time then Wait X amount of time and repeat. 1000's of uses.

My furnace / heat pump has a pad-type humidifier that flows water through a mesh pad while the heat is on. It wastes gallons of water per day.I installed this timer between the furnace and humidifier solenoid valve, and set it to let the water run for one minute to wet the pad, then 5 minutes off to let the water evaporate into the air. Maintains humidity fine with this timing.

Keep in mind that this asymmetric cycle timer controls switches, it does not feed thru power to the switches. So, when wiring your device, you need to connect power wires to the switch side contacts if you want power applied. This device worked perfectly for me once I figured that out. It controls cycle timing perfectly.

I used this to replace and old mechanical hold fire timer for a coal stoker. This was recommended on a stoker forum and so far has been working great for me for 4 months!

Great and simple switch. This relay is a perfect solution for my low yield well. My well jet pump turns on and off as desired to top up my pressure tank. No more pump priming for no reason. Thumbs up!
