Wish I had bought this years ago, would have saved some of my metal pool chairs. Without this my Polaris would spray salt water everywhere resulting in rust. This keep it below the water and never sprays out.You will need to replace the foam on the end a lot more often as it rubs the floor of the pool most of the time. Foam last about 3 weeks

Installation was a snap-literally, took less than a minute. I would have bought this years ago if I knew it existed. For years we have been putting up with annoying water shooting out of the pool everyday spraying us, my house windows, even shooting over our fence into our neighbor's yard. We didn't know how to stop it.I had another pool cleaner picked out to purchase because I couldn't stand it anymore when I came across this simple attachment. It has corrected all our issues. It cleans the bottom of our pool better and actually climbs the sides the way it is suppose to. We have had it two months now and NOT ONCE has it sprayed outside the pool. And the tail scrubber is still in tact! That's a first. Usually I replace the scrubber every couple of weeks. Well, I'm extremely glad I didn't spend the $30 for the name brand attachment, because this $12.49 version works amazingly!

This is the first one I have found that actually ‘clicks’ on the end of the sweep tail! So far staying on well and it does provide better tail movement. Hoping it doesn’t wear down fast, but it is the first one I haven’t had to use zip ties right off to keep from falling off. Seems better made!

Was excited to try. Works sporadically for me. My pool has a tree over, so my pool gets a fare amount of leaves and such. Found leaf stems(?) kept getting caught in the coupling affect the operation of the polaris and the tail would just drag. It may work better without the tree overhead.
