The dimensions of the tray are 16 inches wide and 10 inches deep.The AST424Z is configured to be compatible with AST420X, AST420Y, AST4212, AST4213, AST421X, AST421Y, AT422X, AST4395B, AST4214, AST424Y and other standard speaker Stands. I've been a wedding DJ for over 15 years and this is 1 of the best ideas ever! I wish I had got 1 years ago! It's exactly what I needed to add efficiency to my ceremony setup. I am all about making it simple and this took it to the next level. I used to use a TV dinner tray and it looked ok but it was pretty low and this not only made it easier but it looks 10x better than before. It was a little expensive for what it is but you honestly can't find something better for cheaper. It fits my laptop ok but my ipad perfectly! Very stable and super easy to use. It's not to heavy but you will need a 17in laptop backpack to carry it in as a normal backpack won't be big enough. If you're on the fence just get it, you won't regret it!

Bought for a wedding ceremony I needed to take care of but didn’t want to set up a table, this tray is exactly what I needed for the job. Well made, sturdy, holds enough equipment, & the clamp works really well doesn’t leave dents on the stand your mounting it to. Now I use it as part of my regular dj setup to free up space on my table.

It’s handy to have a shelf under my music stand. Keeps my picks, capo and coffee close by. This one looks like it could hold 20-30 lbs.

I ordered this tray to be mounted under my conductor stand to hold extra scores. I had to modify it by adding a piece of PVC pipe so that it would grab the vertical post and tighten, but it works great! The tray is metal, and very well made.

These shelves are a beast. Heavy but very sturdy and well made. Overkill for my original intent but I’ve found other uses because of how sturdy they are.

I bought this to have a small, portable, adjustable stand to keep near my drums with the potential to be a small mixer station on the go.This has exceeded my expectations and clamps very securely without too much tray weight and my tripod speaker stand doesn’t seem wobbly at all surprisingly.Very nice little clamp tray! I highly recommend if you’re looking for a sturdy shelf option for standard speaker tripod storage.

I bought two of these. I must say it was probably one of the best low cost purchases I could have made for my mobile DJ business. I do a lot of corporate events, weddings and other gigs but I find my use of this mostly for wedding ceremonies. Often I would struggle at a venue to get a table to set my stuff on. I purchased two of these and attach them directly to my speaker stand and I'm able to get my mixer, laptop and mic all on them. I even recommended this to a handful of other DJ's that I work with and they all love them as well. This makes setting up a single speaker for something small incredibly easy. You can put a mixer and an ipad on it with ease.

This tray fits perfect on any speaker stand...Not for Mic stands. Very well built and sturdy!!!

I'm a celebrant and this was recommended to me to pout all my stuff on- folders, vows, mic etc. Works a treat. Very solid.
