Steps for Installing a Desktop Stand
1. Prepare the sheet music tray and desktop support
2. Slide the desktop support into the slot on the rear of the tray, tighten with the adjustment knob
3. Adjust the tray’s viewing angle by turning the large knob on the desktop support
4. To disconnect the desktop stand, loosen the knobs and remove the stand by sliding it downwards

I am a Total Beginner of ANY musical instrument but have found a love of my new Baritone Ukulele. In the Very early months of Spring--when I wanted to go outside to practice -- I needed a music stand to put my instructions on. AND I wanted something portable enough to take in our RV for camping. THIS Cahaya Music Stand is absolutely PERFECT. I've shown the front view, which has nice hard-tension "arms" to hold your pages down, the back shows the adjustable "leg" so you can get you angle "just right", and the side view shows how thin it is. Don't be fooled, tho, this is Well-Made and not cheap tin. It has some weight and heft to it so a breeze isn't going to tip it over. ALSO, I can unscrew the knob on the back leg and fold it up...now it will fit in a computer or music bag with no problem. I love this. A great purchase if you want to move around to play your music whether it's at a campsite, your backyard or your kitchen!

I purchased 5 of these stands so that our woodwind quintet could rehearse at my dining room table rather than rearranging furniture to accommodate traditional music stands and these worked perfectly. They are wide enough to accommodate 2 pages of classical music (A4) with just a little overhang on each side. The angle adjustment worked for everyone in the group (we range in height from 5’3†to 6’3â€) and these easily accommodate a clip-on stand light. I kept the shipping box and stored all five stands (without their individual packaging) in the box for easy storage and moving.

I love it. I bought a different one before made of bamboo. And some small spike went into my fingernail. I changed to this one. The material is solid. The holder at the back is very easily to adjust angles. The board is large and hold the music notes well. I love it.

This is a basic, well built, no frills stand that does the job it was set to do. It's made from a strong metal with a powder coat type coating, I believe. Very nice with no sharp edges. It has a serviceable ledge and strong yet flexible metal arms for holding music. It holds single sheets well. It is a bit more work to place a folder full of music, say 1.5 inches, onto the stand. First you must move the little arms mostly off the stand and flat, facing to the far edges, place the folder, then carefully lift the arms up and over the folder/music edges. Not fast and easy but very doable. The strength and flexibility of the arms is such that I believe they will last, unless perhaps a rough child or impatient adult was at the helm. As one reviewer said, there is no rubber protection at the stand base. I placed a couple feet for good measure. However, after leaning the stand at the proper angle, I see the stand is unlikely to contact the surface in a way that would damage it, and the feet I placed do not touch! Overall, a great product.

Easy to assemble, well made. It has an adjustable stabilizer in the back so you can tilt it back, forward as you like. The stabilizer has a rubber foot so it won't scratch the piano. Also has two wire music sheet holders so you can put two pages side by side. Excellent.

It seems sturdy. I didn’t want to go with a floor standing design so this table top design works for me.
