what i did not like was Amazon's fitment guide said the buglector ii fit my specific application when in reality...it DID, with a minor adjustment of drilling one hole in the part. and scavenging a screw and grommet from another project. you see because of the Amazon's fitment guide said it fit, I did not question it. the part recieved is forr suburban, tahoe ans silverado trucks of the 2500 & 3500 models. they attach with 4 screws. the silverado 1500 model attaches with 5 screws. AVS could cut down on inventory if they accommodated all the models into product. vague statement but it would worked.

Bought this as second chance item $27 said acceptable. Normally would not ever buy acceptable second chance, but for the price, what the hey! Was originally $75. Box was beat to hell, I figured, no way, but to my surprise it was in perfect shape, even had the screws and instructions. Ya never know!
