Very good value for the price. As with any HSS import taps or dies I am very gentle with these and use them sparingly and in a pinch. That said I used this tap to make a brass nut from hex stock brass in a lathe. This tap power tapped in the lathe with the tail stock no problem, I lubricated it well of course. I would recommend this if you need an odd UNEF size tap to make one or two parts here and there. For production shops I doubt these would last long. The die has very minor rust in the cutting threads and I didn't use the die for this job.

Ordered two of these to cut threads in a hydraulic fitting that was welded onto a cylinder. Had to cut threads afterwards to allow the bango bolt to seat in the fitting to keep it from leaking. I ordered two because I thought they weren't very good quality as it turned out I only needed the one because they are good. Very happy with them.
