This was super easy to assemble and set up. It is nice that when I’m away during the day I can still see what my cats are doing. It’s also nice that it has two separate trays so they won’t have to crowd around one. My cats will come running as soon as they hear the thing going. Works pretty well in night mode too

I love this feeder so far. It was easy to put together as it is only 5 peices including the machine. It's quiet and looks like it will be easy to clean. It's made very well. The instructions were a bit confusing but not hard to figure out. It works great so far. It has a record button so you can record your cats call. We use "here kitty kitty" and now when it's feeding time the machine calls them. This was the best auto feeder I found that was reasonably priced.I like that it let's you feed them up to 6 times although we only use 2. It has a portion sheet that explains how to set it up for the amount you feed which works great. Love love love it so far!!

Pros: came on time, set up was easy if you read the directions. I love that the serving sizes go so small - this allows me to break up my cats' food into more frequent feedings without over feeding them. It's also nice to be able to set each feeding to give different portion sizes. The recording is loud enough for my cats to hear, as is the kibble falling into the metal bowls, but not so loud as to really bother or disturb me in the night even as a light sleeper. This container is truly foolproof - I have watched my food crazy boys try absolutely everything to get into it for more food to no avail.Cons: I didn't recieve the taller stilts, only the shorter ones and the dessicant package was also missing. I also wish the divider for the middle was taller, as you can see it doesn't really provide much separation or prevent reaching over and stealing but my cats do fine with it anyways. My only other thing is that the amount going into each bowl on the split function is an even split of the portion you select, so if your pet's have different caloric needs you'll have to figure out how to compensate for that. For mine, I feed them both about 3/4 of their calories each day from kibble using this, and then the differences in their intakes comes from the amount of canned food I feed them twice a day. I don't mind this at all, but it's just something to consider if you have one pet who needs more or less food than the other.TLDR: Overall, this is a great buy for the price. It has made a world of different for my cats who were previously constantly acting like they were starved and trying to get into and steal anything from our plates, pantry, etc. I haven't put batteries in it to test that yet but I would trust this to function as previously set if I did because I know it saves the setting if power is off or it becomes unplugged which will make going away on trips much more convenient.

This feeder is awesome! Even after a year it continues to disperse my cats food reliably! I love that it has 2 feeding bowls and can be set for several meals a day.In planning for a trip I wanted my cats to remain comfy at home with someone checking them daily but they are on a special feeding regimen for health reasons that requires 3 meals a day. I planned far ahead by getting my cats used to this feeder on their counter and just feeding them in the metal bowls by hand then gradually shifted to the automated feeder. The cats quickly adapted and now sit expectantly for their meals at each set time.I love that the amount and timing of the meals can be adjusted and that you can push the feed button to add more.It is easy to adjust and has a back up battery in case the electricity goes out. This item is continuing to function properly almost a year later and has given me peace of mind knowing my cats get their meals on time even if I’m delayed.The kibble I use is relatively small and works well but I could see where too large of kibble might hinder its function. My only minor critique is that adjusting the clock for the time change was kind of a pain.My cats and I love this feeder and the peace of mind it has given me!

Updated Review: Customer service reached out after reading my review and offered solutions to our issues/lack of a perfect experience. I will say now the machine is relatively an excellent one if you use the right size kibble or like what we use Ziwi dehydrated raw food (smaller the food the better and more consistent it will perform).Upon first few uses, I experienced some difficulties with securing the top bin to the base. It would close with much force, but the. The food amount would be off, or it wouldn’t dispense anything at all..unless I pressed the feed button myself. I kept getting the E002 error message every time it went to dispense food.I went ahead and removed the top part of the feeder (food storage) and made sure that the rotating part on the bottom was in alignment with the spout/no food in the slot. Then I aligned the slot on the left side of the feeder and it seemed to connect and fall into place / lock much more easily. I think ultimately if the food container and base are not easily connecting you’ll experience issues. Otherwise, no issues since figuring that out.One thing that I did notice is that the dispensing for two bowls is often never equal to each other. I have two cats that can share a bowl of food with no issues, but for people who need to have that accuracy this might pose a problem. Also, with the two way spout, and how close the machine kinda is to the bowls, I find my cats may be not liking their heads touching the machine as they eat. They’ll eventually eat all the food but they tend to avoid the food closest to the machine as it is kinda awkward for them to reach, I suppose. I appreciate the raised bowls definitely, but if any improvement could be made I think a slightly tilted bowl would help with the food reaching away from the machine better.Overall, when working properly this machine has been very helpful, reliable, and for the discounted price it’s very much worth it. The option for two (raised) bowls with a separating panel is especially thoughtful, but food dispensing between them is not very even.As a side note, the seller was very thoughtful and offered me solutions to remedy the situation after reading my review. My product review remains at 4 stars, but the customer service alone is exceptional.

It works very well, it comes with 2 different height sizes to work with your pets also you can have 2 bowls or 1. Also you can have different portion size with each meal.

We love it (and so do our cats), easy to use, works well. I love that the metal dishes are removable for cleaning. Two things that I wish were better: it seems to crush some food a bit so you are left with more small crumbs/bits and it doesn’t beep when the food reserve is empty. Other than that, great machine and worth the price

A bit of a learning curve to program it. I like the stainless steel bowls, and the elevated platform they sit in. Locking mechanism is useful if you have clever cats. It is compact and attractive. The divider is good to deter food stealing, wish it were a bit taller.

I bought this feeder specifically because I needed one for 2 cats and one that would not be easily be broken into by one of my little hooligans. I have had it now for several weeks and wish I would have got it years ago! My cats no longer harass me to get out of bed in the morning. No one has successfully broken into it or tipped it over. They took to it immediately. The portions are small but you can set it for how many portions per feeding and there are up to four feeding times that can be programed. I don't fill up the feeder all at once but it probably holds a regular bag of cat food. The stainless steel bowls are easy to clean. I was also very impressed with the packaging and I feel like I purchased a quality product.
