If I could give it a minus 5 stars I would. 1: it is extremely heavy, not just my opinion, but the carton it comes in says a team required to lift it. 2. The website does not mention that an ac outlet is required. 3. There is a bag with accessories including a scoop, brush, bags and plastic gloves, but no instructions. After a lot of searching, I found them tucked away in a corner of the hood. However they weren’t much help. 4 The buttons and display are at the bottom and extremely hard to see. 5 There is an app you need to download to use the automatic clean function. However I couldn’t download it using Safari, I had to use Chrome. 5. Once it was downloaded, you have to add device. And it requires 2.4 GHz not 5. I had to call my internet provider to split my network names. Even after doing that, it still would not add the device. 6. The waste container is at the top, so the upper portion rolls to deposit the waste, which could be a hazard if the cat is going in or is in the box. 7. I had to clean it out, pack it back up and request a UPS pickup to return it to Amazon. I wasted 4 days trying to get this litter box to work. Don’t waste your time.

I usually don’t write reviews so if I’m writing this you should know I’m annoyed. I just received the unit today and the set up was easy so I thought. The gears kept getting stuck and wouldn’t cycle to the point I couldn’t even use it. Not worth it, beware!
