We ordered these in anticipation of having to be away for a few days from our 4-month old hens (9 total). These work great to feed your girls for 3-4 days. When we are home, I'll rinse out the water cups daily and will wash out the entire container every 3 days. The food container is great. We feed them scratch on the side, but the food container has lasted for about 2 weeks. When the food container was first introduced, it would empty quickly since the girls were pulling food out. After about a month, they don't do that anymore.Update: The 9 hens are now fully grown and productive members of society, producing eggs daily. The feeder and waterer are still working great. If crumble are used, the hens tend to empty the container pretty quickly by pulling all the food out. But when given pellets, the food lasts longer. If left confined in their run, the food lasts about 5 days. Still extremely happy with this purchase.

These were a waste of my money. The feed just pours through the feeder holes and the watering cups only collect dust and dirt. I will say I was using a for my ducks.

I was looking for “mess free†feeders and waterers and seen these. Figured id give them a try. Absolutely love them for my coops. Food is no longer being scratched out and wasted. Easy to clean. Easy to refill. Will be purchasing more.

Poorly designed, water bucket leaks despite several attempts to retighten the knobs. A full bucket of water drained completely within hours. If I wasn't paranoid and checked the bucket several times my chicken would've died.Also, the feed bucket needs to be overfilled and changed out at times since there is always a thick layer of feed getting stuck at the bottom of the bucket.

The feeder works fine however the water bucket it leaks and will not hold water therefore making it useless.

The feeder works well, and the chickens can't scratch the food out, so that's a positive. A negative (a big one I might add) is the waterer leaks around the nozzles where it connects to the bucket. I have tried water proof silicone sealant to stop the leak, but noting I do seems to stop the leaking. Definatly NOT worth the price, as the water product is defective.

So far I like these. I was using some DIY version with big buckets but they took up so much room in my small coop I wanted something that would take up less space. I appreciate that these are square so I can easily keep them against a wall or hung up with no issues. Far more room in the coop now and I like that they are see through so I can tell when it needs to be refilled.

We received the items and the outside washers for the waterer were missing. Otherwise, the products have a great désigne and seem pretty sturdy. I would appreciate if the missing pieces were sent to me.

Waterer works fine, but chickens are able to dump feed on the ground, wasting feed. Would not recommend feeder.

For my 6 girls, this is a few days of water and food, of course the water goes faster in the summer, so I’m mindful of that. These look so much better than the cheap plastic round ones all the feed stores sell, and work beautifully. I want to give a whole 5 stars but they were just in a plastic bag in the box, no protection so mine got cracked (glad it’s not the water one) - see photo. They come with everything you need and a couple spare parts, simple instructions that are easy to follow. Would definitely recommend for a small flock.
