It can be hard keeping up with watering the tree, I set a reminder everyday, but if we go out of town for my son's birthday for a couple of days then there's no one to water. Sometimes the tree only drinks a little, other times. It surprises you and guzzles the entire stand full of water. I've had too many trees dry out that I spent money and time on, so I was eager to try this product. It's pure genius. It's a simple product, but it works. It comes with instructions that are extremely easy to follow and very clear. Once you set up your reserve tank, you simply connect the hoses. As you're told, mark the box the same level as your tree stand so you don't overfill, squeeze the pump and the water goes to the tree quickly and easily. It does not overflow and the Santa measurement lets you know when your bucket is getting low. Because your bucket is cleverly disguised in what looks like a present. This is a great product and I'm so glad I took a chance on it, now when we go away for my son's birthday, I don't have to worry about the tree drying out. Love it and would definitely recommend it to anyone

This was absolutely not functional at all. I set it up according to the instructions, and I had to monitor it twice daily to ensure there was water in the tree stand. When I returned from visiting family in another state, my tree was dry and completely dead. Returned and I’ll have to find another solution for next year.

This automatic Christmas tree watering system has been a game-changer for me. It blends in beautifully with my decorations since it looks just like a present under the tree. No more crawling under the branches with a pitcher or worrying about spilling water everywhere. It kept my live tree hydrated and healthy all season without me having to think about it. Setup was super simple, and the system ran quietly in the background. If you love live trees but hate the constant watering, this is a must-have!

This did not work. We were only sent one box. I think if you had all three like it shows in the picture, it might work.

It is not quite what I was expecting. The key seems to be that the box needs to be propped up higher than the tree stand. You can use the bulb to manually fill. This is a step up from the hanging funnel inside the tree we have previously used to fill the tree. I will probably upgrade to an electric pump system in the future.

I like the way this is set up and I like the look of it. It seems nice that it kind of hides under your tree. However for some reason, I can’t get mine to stop leaking just ever so slightly. I think there might be a micro crack or something in the hose. It does work though, I don’t know if I love it but I can see it working for people and it’s not too expensive. Overall there might be a better option out there for you but if yours doesn’t leak this might just work.

I love how this blends with my decorations and makes watering the tree simple. It saves me from crawling under the tree every day. Highly recommend!

This is an excellent automatic watering system. I particularly like the use of clever use of water's siphon / auto-leveling characteristics ... without any electrical input. The operating concept is that once all containers are full to the same level as that in the tree stand and the siphon is pumped up / filled, all of the containers go down together as the tree absorbs water - so the just effectively increase the size of the tree stand reservoir.Instructions are included and explain how to hook everything up and pump up the siphon very clearly. The boxes contain plastic containers and look like presents under the tree (mostly). The materials of construction (cardboard, silicone surgical tubing and fittings, plastic containers and siphon bulb) all look excellent. They even include a spare siphon bulb ... maybe problems in the past, or just good thinking on the one wear part in the system (albeit you only need to pump up the siphon once per season).
