Bought this for my small dogs who both LOVE to play with the balls. The machine is a great toy for them - WHEN IT WORKS. In less than 3 weeks, the mechanism that moves the ball forward to ward the “launch hole†stopped running smoothly. It was make a sound like it was moving, but the conveyor belt-type mover would stay still. I looked over the machine for any random items or debris that could be blocking it’s movement, but there wasn’t anything there. I found that if I push the ball a little bit when the machine is trying to move the conveyor belt forward, it gets the ball to the launcher end and shoots it out, but then what’s the point of the machine? I might as well just throw the ball the old-fashioned way. Sadly, my oldest yorkie has become accustomed to the revving sound the machine makes when trying to launch the ball, and when I throw it myself, he is less than interested in fetching. Wish I would have just returned it when it first malfunctioned, instead of trying to troubleshoot the problem.

Definitely recommend. It is rechargeable. Take to the yard or away from wall and play for hours. 3 levels of ball throw. Level 3 goes pretty far. Whistle works fine.

Good: Great entertainment for a high-energy border collie. The highest level launches the ball a great distance, while the smallest is great for training purposes or small dogs.Bad: We primarily use the middle setting, as we use this indoors in our basement. However, the motor seems to have gone kaput, particularly on that setting. Regular tennis balls also get easily stuck in the launcher.Overall: Would buy again, but would chose a warranty or opt for a better quality launcher. We’ve had this for a couple of months, but have really begun to use regularly over the last four weeks and it’s starting to diminish in quality already. Maybe not worth the value based on its overall durability.

I wanted something fun for indoors in the winter. This automatic ball thrower works great. I charge it and then can use it anywhere without having a cord in the way. It can throw the ball really far. I only use the 10ft and 20ft setting since it's for indoor use at the moment. Took some time before my dog wasn't afraid of the noise, my big strong 60 lbs yellow lab.... I would set it in different places in my house and just have it on so it made noise but not throwing balls until he became used to the noise. It's not that dog, just have a sensitive dog and now he loves it.

Es buen producto. Sin embargo el inconveniente son las pelotas. Son demasiado pequeñas y pueden atorarse en la tráquea del perro. Debieran fabricarlas para que quepa el tamaño de una pelota de tenis

El producto llego bien empacado, antes de lo esperado, solo que el dÃa de estreno por alguna razón dejo de funcionar, la correa que mueve la pelota no funcionaba y habÃa que hacerlo manual, pensábamos que estaba defectuoso o algo asÃ, pero al siguiente dÃa lo hemos probado de nuevo y mágicamente volvió a funcionar de manera perfecta, a mi Jack Russel "intenso" Terrier, le gusta mucho, aun estamos en proceso de enseñarle como poner la pelota por su cuenta y de paso que no se la coma. Recomiendo el producto, pero solo que si les sucede como a nosotros, tengan esto pendiente.
