This smoke machine bundle comes with all peripherals and accessories to test for leaks in a vehicle, whether it be for intake or for exhaust. It's a nice nifty tool that is easy enough to use. That said, the reading material can be lacking in detail so the user can always opt to supplement their understanding with visual materials that can be found for free and abundantly on YouTube. It's a simple machine with a few moving parts built with quality materials to withstand years, if not decades of abuse and neglect. A must for automotive shops in my opinion. 5 out of 5 stars.

I love this smoke machine. I have one a lot like it, the only difference is the flow meter. It is a very easy machine to use, all you have to do is go pick up some smoke fluid. They should have it at the auto shop, or you can purchase it online in most states. this is a very simple, yet efficient way to find leaks, and this machine can actually pay for itself overtime, diagnosing your own systems at home, or if you need it for work. This set up comes with different size plugs, and even an expandable one, to make it very universal. Great for automobiles, it can hook up right to the battery, with the cables attached. The flow meter is a great upgrade, you don't have to visually locate the leak to be able to see there is a problem, the smoke is to help locate the problem. You could overlook a leak, if you weren't positive there was one. Great product, very well-made, works great, great price,highly recommended.

The device does a good job of making smoke, and pumping it. There are a sufficient number of adapters to allow connections as needed. It appears to be well-made, and powers as well as hangs conveniently for working under the hood. The instructions are vague as only eastern translations can make them. One special note: you might want to put a few drops of food coloring in the oil. The instructions give no idea how much oil will fill the machine, and clear oil will cause you to fill past the little window, and have no idea that you are full already until the oil comes pouring out of the smoke port (don't ask me how I know). This probably is considered a really good tool by most professional mechanics. If you're not one, the lack of clear and understandable instructions will cause you difficulty - for instance, many parts are mentioned in the instructions, but not identified in an illustration - just guess, OK? Anyway, the poor instructions have caused one star to be discarded, for what might otherwise be an excellent choice. I didn't find any intake leaks, but if there'd been one I know there was enough smoke pumped in to find it.

I bought this to check the EVAP system in my car for leaks, but ended up taking it to a mechanic anyway. My mechanic is a good family friend so I ended up gifting it to him and he was able to use it. He was quite happy with it's function and was really excited to receive it

comes with all the bits you require, pipes and a sealing tube blow up bulb ,a normal pipe, and one for the exhaust i think battery leads and a filling up bottle no need for a extra air compressor as this has it ,all you need for the smoke to work is baby oil or mineral oil , it blows out a good amount of smoke for vacuum testing and found my leaks in the system , going to try it around the windows in my camper next to find water ingress ,also would be great on a discharged aircon system to find any leaks ,well worth the money and so many uses even around the home .i would recommend this to anyone
