Easy Installation:
- No need to replace any parts, and no welding or drilling required.
Installation Steps:
Step 1: Clean the tailpipe surface.
- Clean off dirt and sand on your tailpipe using penetrating oil and a shop rag.
- (Make sure your tailpipe is room temperature. Do not clean surface immediately after the car stalls).
Step 2: Slide the exhaust tip into your tailpipe.
- Try to slide the exhaust tip into the tailpipe. When sliding, you may encounter some resistance. If necessary, use automotive grease to lubricate the pieces.C
- over the end of the exhaust tip with a towel and tap it into a place with a rubber mallet.
Step 3: Fasten/weld the exhaust tip.
- Secure the exhaust tip by tightening screws and clamps. To make even tighter, weld a joint between the edges of the tailpipe and exhaust tip.
- Installation is complete.

The tip looks amazing and so far, the material has been like brand new. The end of the tip is rolled to make it more appealing and not sharp. Installed on a 3.5in OD exhaust and the screw that comes with it nearly maxed out with about 5mm in reserve which isnt a problem. The only problem is the clamping design, which doesnt fully seat all the way around the exhaust. The more you clamp, it sort of clamps mostly the top and bottom of the clamp, which flares out the sides very little. The sides still clamp on, and shaking the tip, it feels very secure, but only time will tell if it loosens (doubt it).TLTR: great material and feel for a budget price, but clamping mechanism only looks 70% secure (clamps tight still). Overall, great buy for the price.

I have bought one of these for each of my duramaxs, fits perfect on stock exhaust. Never ran mudflaps and they don’t rust or chip

Perfect fit for my truck, installation was a snap. (Removing the old exhaust tip was not) It really added a great look to my truck, better then the old Chrome one. My only issue is this, After 4 month the tip is fading to a grey/gray from the heat. I will have to spray it again with a high temp black spray paint again.

Unfortunately, this product started to fail almost immediately after I put it on my truck with the coating starting to flake off on probably the third or fourth day. I drive mostly on the highway and on paved roads, not off road. I’m in California with pretty decent conditions and Fair-weather. Despite these good conditions. This part failed almost immediately. It looks like the coating was put on over the top of stainless so of course it never had a chance to really stick.Save your money and buy a different product. This one is completely useless and came off my truck faster than it was even shipped by amazon.When I reached out to support, I found it to be a loop with no real response. Even Amazon is unable to get a hold of these people.

This is very cheap for an exhaust tip and I thought it would look that way but it doesn’t. This works very well gives the truck a little more deepness and fit perfectly. I recommend this if you have a 2007 Chevy or after.

I returned the product to sender because it was poor quality. It's been almost 2 months and I've yet to receive my refund. Poor product and even worse customer service. Don't do business with these guys.
