Horrible product. The pod to store the avocado half broke, the knife would not cut through the skin of a Haas, the slicer just made mush.

Our avocado slicer broke. It was an often used kitchen tool and has been missed. :) I thought I would try this avocado kit out.Usually half avocados are just set in the fridge. Doesn't last long so the avocado pod/keeper is a welcome gadget addition. (Avocados are used pretty much daily here) The keeper fits good sized pear shaped avocados.The plastic slicer is sturdy and it works, yay!The other parts and pieces are sturdy plastic and stainless. We shall see how many parts are used regularly here. They went through the dishwasher just fine.
