Only showed 108 volts at installation with 62 hertz. Had to adjust the voltage adjustment up to 120. Been in 24 hr operation for a week now and holding up.

Friend complained that generator "just stopped making power" out of nowhere but motor still ran. I asked if they checked the voltage regulator. Nope...just took practically everything else apart.They seem to be a very generic part now. Ordered this....had his generator fixed in 2 days. Went ahead and installed the included brushes as well.

AVR works great for generators, brush is loose in box and when received 1 of the carbon brush was broken off and not usable. 2 I received both brushes had 1 busted off. So those were not useable

I did not use this part because the capacitor and wiring were different from my original AVR. I would like to send it back.
