So I had an old Badger paint booth which lasted 30 years before the fan quit. I looked into replacing the fan and between the cost and the time, it wasn't worth it. I looked at new paint booths and while there are a number of choices out there, this model appeared to be the best price for the features I was getting.I was careful to order this model as it was advertised to come with the exhaust kit, and the LED light kit. Both are essential and I wouldn't buy a model that doesn't say includes both. My old Badger booth was vented to the outdoors through my garage wall so, I connected the fan exhaust kit to the hook-up using a second fan hose kit which I ordered separately. This allows all fumes to be vented outside the house, not just into the work space. The LED light kit is very nice. I found that it took some fiddling to get the three pieces of the lights to connect but once I figured it out, it totally lite up the work space. I realized then, that I had been using my old Badger booth in the dark. It's not difficult to assemble, and dis-assemble the booth. It easily folds into a small footprint which allows me to store it under the workbench. The old Badger booth was rigid and was mounted in place, effectively making the work bench a spray booth workbench with little room for anything else. With this AW booth, I can take it down when I'm not painting and use the workbench for other things. This is so huge that it should be re-stated. This booth can be easily taken down and stored, in perhaps less than 2 minutes. It's just that easy.I am VERY pleased with this and will say that I wish this was available 30 years ago when I bought my first one.

Unit works well and is reasonably well built. LEDs cannot be turned on separately from the fan and this is my only real complaint. The LEDs are quite bright, positioned well, and seem to be a decent color for viewing whatever I am painting at near-ish true color. Some of the English instructions and decals are poorly translated but the setup is intuitive enough I didn't really need the instructions anyway. The unit really should be vented outside as the sponge on its own does not filter %100. I think this is particularly important you are using an oil-based enamel paint or anything else that is toxic. That said, I wasn't expecting the sponge filter to be %100 effective.

I like that it is collapsible and comes with 3 led light bars. It comes with a small turntable to allow for rotating pieces. The fan ducting connection is different from the one shown, but is an easy twist click fit into the metal fan cover. There are 3 cons with the system that I have found so far: 1) the light is on the same switch as the fan. This was known, so I didn't ding them a star for that. But, the next issue does make this a bigger deal. 2) The fan is LOUD. Really loud. Having to have it on just to have the lights on means that I don't use those lights. I will, in the near future, add in a switch for the lights, but not everyone knows how or wants to have to do this to improve this. 3) You have to take the lights off to fold this down. Not the end of world, but kind of a pain.Yes, I would recommend this, even with these issues.Updated: 3/13/21I have added the switch to enable turning on the lights separately. Makes using this to paint miniatures much more enjoyable without the loud fan running when painting with an actual brush.

If you are avoiding venting out and running a hose to the outside, this is the ticket. I have recently taken up building Scale Model Cars (Revell model cars) as a hobby for my workbench and garage. Needed an answer for the rattle spray can paints. Preferred not to vent outside, but wanted something simple. What's amazing about this product is that it's a not branded, very high quality import. 5 stars to the manufacturer who designed this! The on and off switch, the retractable cord, the spinning turntable, and the portable suitcase, (when not in use), is an absolute amazing design. Great bang for the buck.High quality for a good price. Don't hesitate on this one. Just perfect.

Bought this to keep paint contained while airbrushing. This unit is well designed and well. Very clever design allows it to fold down to handy, portable tool-box size for transport, and can be quickly unfolded in seconds for use. The fan draws well and the retractable cord worked well although what looks like a feed through grommet came loose on the cord but doesn't hinder use. The cord retract worked nicely too. I'll add an LED strip for lighting the painting area. The unit came with a handy turntable that stores inside.I am very happy with this purchase!

I bought this to have a portable paint station since I don't have a dedicated painting area. I have only used it a couple times so far but it has worked well. Used it to practice airbrushing a couple times and my wife needed some items spray painted. I was wary of using it for the rattle can but it removed the fumes pretty well but I wasn't spraying heavy or continuously either. During my airbrush sessions everything was great. The provided light was bright as you would expect and there was little overspray. I made more of a mess when I spilled some paint than when I was airbrushing.

I don’t write reviews because it’s usually not worth the time. Well for this I will. It’s a awesome invention and very handy. I do rehauls for any kind of mask, face masks, and I was worried that it would not be big enough. It was just about perfect. I’m very happy with how easy it assembly’s and just the overall functionality. Can’t wait to lay some paint down with it.

Nice and portable. Little on the noisy side from the fan but I like it
