Chime Modes

The chime will strike the hour, matching the current time (e.g., four strikes at 4 o’clock, ten strikes at 10 o’clock).

  • Mode 1: Retro music Melody combined with Hourly Strikes (Chimes every hour, from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM).
  • Mode 2: Westminster Melody combined with Hourly Strikes (Chimes every hour, from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM）and Westminster Melody chimes every quarter-hour.
  • Mode 3: Westminster Melody combined with Hourly Strikes (Chimes every hour, from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM).
  • Mode 4: Hourly Strikes (Chimes every hour, from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM).

NOTE: 1. Each product package includes a detailed manual. If you happen to lose it, we will always provide a digital version, so you don’t need to worry. 2. We have significantly enhanced the sound quality of our chimes, closely resembling the rich tones of traditional clocks rather than the electronic sound of a toy.

(If you don't need the chime function, you can also just turn it off. If you need the chime function, please read the manual carefully when you use it for the first time!)

Simple Reset Method

Setting up your clock is easy with the Simple Reset Method below

  1. Remove the chime battery.
  2. Adjust the clock movement to 6:50.
  3. Reinsert the chime battery, but do not adjust the hour hand yet. Press the “SET” button, and it will chime six times.
  4. Turn the hour hand clockwise to your desired time. If it’s still morning, there’s no need to pass 12 o’clock; if it’s afternoon, you will need to pass 12 o’clock.

Please note: In Mode 2 (quarter-hour chime), the clock will chime every 15 minutes starting right after you complete the setup. For example, if you finish at 7:10, it will chime at 7:25, 7:40, and 7:55. At 8:00, it automatically recalibrates to the correct time and will chime normally at 8:15, 8:30, 8:45, and so on.

Great sound reminds me of when I was kid. Hearing the church bells. Now you can't hear them much anymore, people complain about everything. It is really good quality in sound and appearance. It looks expensive. But like I said people will complain and nitpick everything. I got it because I'm alone the house now and the chimes help keep me on the track. I have in on a shelf in living room. If I'm watching tv I just pause or mute the tv like when the commercials come on. Buy It Do IT!

This clock looks like it should cost more than it does. I've only had the clock for 2 weeks but so far it's keeping perfect time and looks absolutely stunning on my mantle. One thing I will mention is to make sure you read the instructions maybe more than once to set up the chime sounds and sequence.

Looks great by my lamp, but thin hands and a darker face than the online photo make this clock hard to read from just 12 feet away.

I love the clock. It is beautiful and wonderfully made. I had an issue with the chime mechanism but the folks at Ayrely worked hard to resolve it to my satisfaction. I highly recommend the company and their products.

We are moving into a new home. I have purchased 3 clocks, including this one. The other 2 arrived broken which was a total bummer, so I had low hopes that this clock would arrive undamaged - yet it did! Very well packaged. The color of the metal is so beautiful and the details are intricate. I immediately put in a battery so the only question is - does it keep time? I believe it will and it will look wonderful in my new home.

The Second bends backward and blocks the Minute that the whole clock cannot move! Never check before assembling, poor QC control! Return!!
