I use Devil Dave's to coat salmon before broiling, sprinkle on chicken breasts before baking, as a general tasty but not too spicy addition to all sorts of foods like curries, Mexican food, salad dressing, etc., and today I'm using it as a dry rub for pork ribs and I'm sure it's going to be delicious pared with a sweet BBQ sauce. My husband and I don't drink but I saw another Bloody Mary seasoning mix recommended for the salmon treatment and used it that way and loved it. However, it was way more expensive than Devil Dave's so I went looking for a more reasonably-priced alternative. Devil Dave's isn't super cheap (I tried a cheaper one first but it wasn't very good for cooking). When I find a product I really like with so many uses I splurge and keep getting it. Will continue to use DD's for whatever I think of next.

A unique gift with a steep price! I thought the salt it’s self was unique and would make a great gift for the person that you can never find anything for who likes bloody Mary’s or bacon. I didn’t find the bacon flavor to be very good. I felt for $10 for a handful of salt that is clearly meant as a novelty and probably a gift, it should’ve been put into something a little nicer than a plastic deli container. As far as value I did not find it to be a good value, but let’s face it the people that are going to buy this or buying it for the novelty, and novel it is.

Just when I thought I couldn’t make a better Bloody Mary by using Devil Dave’s Bloody Mary Sticks, I found out I was wrong! The Burnt Bacon Rimming Salt took it to a whole new level!! This stuff is awesome! Great flavor and just as easy to use as the sticks. I just wish I would have had a piece of bacon to put in my Mary. I’ll be trying the pickle rimming salt, too.

This was so Delicious and goes great with the Devil Dave Bloody Mary Sticks!!! It tastes just like bacon, sticks to the glass really good and it lasts a long time. I had such a fun using it, actually added some into the potato chips I was eating(try this!!!) definitely buying more.
