STEPS TO USE:
Step One
Remove the handle portion of the bagel slicer from the base by grasping the top of the handle with one hand and holding the base with the other.
Step Two
Place the bagel on the base. Then place the handle blade side down on the base. After placing the blade portion of the handle straight on the base, push down until the blade of the handle touches the base.
Step Three
Hold the base with one hand and the handle part up with the other hand to remove the perfectly sliced bagel.

This little guy makes cutting our bagels, easy Peezy. We even use it for English muffins. We like not having to get out a separate knife all the time like some bagel slicers. If this one ever gets dull I’ll buy another one.

First notice that there are very little pictures of bagels being cut, and the one that is cut , take a close look it's not cut very well, this is the worst product I have ever used. As said another reviews all it does is smash the bagel, do not buy this bagel cutter. The leading tip of the bagel cutter is not Sharp that's why it smashes the bagel

The only thing I didn't like is that it really can't slice fresh bagels that easily it kind of crushed them
