First time making Baguettes, bought this because I thought that's just what people did.Now that I've used it, I am glad I bought it! Don't have to worry about measuring the dough, or spacing or anything. I just divided the dough, rolled it out, let it proof in this pan for an hour, then bake. They came out perfect! Did not oil the pan, bread still did not stick.

My husband bought this for us because he thought we should have a special tool for baguettes, not necessary, but now all my baguettes are exactly alike! :) We have used this several times over the few weeks we’ve had it, and we will keep using it as we make baguettes at least once a week. I like to flip over the baguettes once the top is sufficiently browned, so the bottom can brown nicely, too.For other shoppers: (1) Fits a small over, (2) Makes a double batch of baguettes (8c. flour in dough / 4), (3) Easy to clean, (4) Excellent value, especially if you consider the price of a baguette and the low quality ingredients stores use :/So, yes, a great buy!

Quality of item is pretty good except for the singular roll out of four that is a little bent on both end.Could have better quality assurance, but the material itself seems fine and works as intended.

I've seen reviews of people claiming that the coating is peeling off, I've also seen pictures in people's reviews that use parchment sheets on the tray (what's the point?).I am a pro baker and this product is just great for home bakers, coating is great! You just need to know how to use it.First time you get it: before baking do yourself a favor and put it in the oven on the highest heat for like 10min.When you clean, dont use hard cleaning products and do not rub it strong!! Do not use steel/metal knifes or any other tools to take the rolls off the tray, let it cool a bit and it will be easy to move the rolls/baguettesDO NOT use parchment sheets on the tray, there is no point to do this, you are blocking the air flow from the small holes on the tray.This product is great! baked the rolls evenly and there is no issue with the coating, again people that claim that there is issue clearly didn't use a tray like this before. Yet it is still a home grade product and not industrial/commercial grade, for home bakers it is working just well and deserves 5stars.It was exactly what I was looking for, I am making those rolls on a weekly basis for sandwiches.

This pan changed the baguette game! It does what it’s supposed to do. I haven’t tried baking in it without parchment paper so I can’t speak on stickiness, but it makes a lovely shape and my baguettes are much easier to make with this pan. It’s a bit thin so it bends easily under the weight of my dough, but I don’t mind it and just use two hands when handling it.
