I like to believe that you don’t need a lot of fancy things in the kitchen to make beautiful things, but sometimes having the right tools, makes a extreme difference as you can see the picture on the left are my Demi baguettes made in the pan. The picture of them on the right is side-by-side comparison of one made in this pan, and one made in the Dutch oven and you can see that the bottom is rounded and puffy, compared to the flat bottom of them being baked in the Dutch oven. The crust turned out even better in these pans with a gorgeous crispy crust. I made a basic sourdough recipe then divided it up to make the Demi baguettes I baked them @ 445 for 15mins then lowered it to 400 8mins. I also used a spray bottle and spritzed them before baking! Hope this was helpful :)

Was having trouble keeping baguettes from dropping a bit while baking, this does the trick.I spray with a little oil do second raise in it and bake in it. Nonstick. Easy to clean.Only thing is that it is metal - will last but can scratch surfaces. I only use the cloth to put the pan on while on my counter.

My family loves bread! I make homemade bread or rolls almost everyday! I love making baguettes because you can use them for many things. Dips, Bruschetta, garlic bread & quick sandwich! This pan keeps the shape and cooks evenly!

My baguettes used to run away from me. Upgrading to the proper proofing cloth has made things a lot easier and more manageable.

I love making french baguettes and other breads and this has helped in many ways. The paddle is great if you want to flip the baguette on a baking stone. Absolutely love it!

This proofing cloth works much better than the old tea towels that I used to use to make Italian Bread. The tea towels would absorb too much moisture and stick to the towels. I didn't have that problem with this proofing cloth. It just shows that you have to use the right tool for the job. Very happy.

Stiffness is a good thing for a cloth like this. It got stained the first time I used it. The stain remains. I fifigure it was sprayed with something
