Extremely easy to assemble, I used two 1/2 socket wrenches both with 17mm sockets (see pics). I am 60 yrs old and this is my 46th year lifting and this is a great piece of equipment and affordable. Only problem for me is dip handles are a little further out for and are not adjustable. Due to right shoulder issues it’s a little uncomfortable but not equipments fault I’ll just have to make do. Fit well in my shop that doubles as a gym. Highly recommend. Also recommend having a magnetic tray or something to put all screws and bolts in so none run away from you.

Solid item with a fair price. Handles are thick enough to avoid pain in your hands. It handles my 175 pounds plus a 25 pound weight vest with ease. Stable base inspires confidence.

I weigh over 300lbs and the walking pad has a real problem with that, so I got the dip stand to help me balance and take some of the weight off the pad. It was pretty easy to put together once I got my socket wrench involved... the little hand tools are not ideal for assembly. It is, however, very sturdy and holds my weight quite well. I hope to eventually start using it for dips, but my shoulders can't hold my large frame at the moment.

Purchased the bars as support with my walking pad. Item is sturdy and well made. It helps to have smaller hands to assemble. A few of the screws are in tight places. It can’t be folded unfortunately.

I was skeptical getting BalanceFrom Multi-Function Dip Stand specially due to the fixed width, but went ahead and ordered and I am glad I got it. It was super easy to assemble.Pros:- Great price and easy to assemble- Very sturdy, this thing is built like a tank.- Has separate handles for doing push-ups. They are slightly raised so we get a nice stretch in the chest.- The adjustable height gives it the feel of dip stations at the gym.Cons:- Width is not adjustable.- The foam in the handles is thinner than it looks in the product pictures.Overall:Absolutely love it. BalanceFrom Multi-Function Dip Stand is really good for home workouts. Like a few others mentioned in their reviews that the width is too wide, for me its just right. Initially I thought it might be an issue but when I assembled and started doing dips I didn't feel that way. Great purchase!

First off, this is a very beautiful dip station and foremost, it is very easy to assemble. There are no quirks in its assembly. The instructions were very clear and the design has only one size bolt nut combination. I'd say this is an excellent choice for a teen who wants a shredded chest and super thick and strong triceps. Now, for anyone beyond the beginner stage, I feel that a few tiny drawbacks gave me no choice but to return it. Kudos to Amazon, as I repackaged (note to self: carefully save all packaging for reuse in a return). You would not be able to ship a return without using the original packaging, so take care not to rip the box apart when you get it.First, the thickness of the tubes is much thinner than what I need for durability. My orher steel equipment is twice the thickness. You can sense the thinness will be a quality issue eventually. As I was tightening the bolts, you MUST take care to not over-tighten, because you can bend this thin steel tubing, which may create looseness, so be careful.Secondly, I was forced to return this because of wobble. The hand grips are "L shaped" and slide into the red, on my red colored station, vertical steel tube. So, as you struggle for dips, your hand grips wobble due to looseness. This was unacceptable and I had to return it 😪 to UPS. Repackaging required a bit of strong shipping tape. It all fits neatly, but you must use quite a bit of tape to safely secure the heavy contents. Amazon provided a QR Code. Note to self: Only a UPS store would accept the QR Code. I went to my local stationary store in the rain, and they told me they do not accept QR Codes. But after my drop-off, Amazon refunded the full purchase price to my account that very day...never had that before with my hundred returns to Kohl's or The Market.Thirdly, The top bolts located on both sides of the red cross member, upon disassembly, were stuck on place after the nut was completely removed. This means that there is a simple loading problem with this cross member, as there are 2 bolts on each side, but the flimsy thickness has most of the load on the top bolt.Lastly, the distance width between the hand grips was extremely wide. You want this distance to be as narrow as possible. This is so wide that I would consider this width to be prone to create shoulder injuries. So, thank you Amazon for a straight forward return process, but realize this is a heavy package, so go to the correct UPS location to avoid my frustrations. Otherwise, buy this with open eyes.

I think the quality of the product is good for the price but the handles are not adjustable and spread too far apart.

The dip station is well made very solid. Supports my weight just fine. Just a simple piece of equipment that's been a staple in my routine.

I hate dip stations with angled handles. If I want angles I’ll use my gymnastic rings. Other reviewers have also claimed this is very wide. I don’t find it to be so and it’s width actually recruits more of the upper body as opposed to isolating the triceps. The dip isn’t an isolation move. It has been called “the upper body squat†for good reason. I find it comfortable and it can handle a tonne of weight.
