This equipment is well-made, easy to assemble, and well-designed. I use this in a small space, (utility trailer with 6ft ceiling), and i'm able to perform dips without my head hitting the roof. (i'm 5'11" with shoes on). The grips are wide, and there's no wobble at all. What I really like about it, and why I chose it over the "2-piece" dip station, is that it takes up less room, and I can store it/hang it a number of ways in my tiny gym, where space is lacking. Also works for push-ups, ab crunches, and rows.

Sturdy and easy to assemble. My husband and I are able to use them for dips (even put a band on it to do supported dips), inverted rows, push ups and core exercises

The bars are strong to hold me up, although the bars are not as stable as I'd like them to be. The center bar that holds everything together is still loose that is still wiggles a bit when I use it. Having it set up on a flat wall helps. The height for someone around 6 feet is medium, about waist high at max height. Storage is good it fits under the bed when sperate.

This equipment is great for almost anyone who wants to use their personal body-weight for exercise - beginner to advanced. Love the versatility. Many exercises to try!Putting together was another story, since I'm not intuitive with building. NO USABLE ENGLISH INSTRUCTIONS included. I watched a youtube video from 2019 ("Fitness with Dale L. Roberts") for hints. Got me through the process. - The instruction book included would-be hints such as, "Needn' t to screw all the part out when you regulte the connector. Just turned the screw a feww around and pull up knob can adjust the middle bar' s length." That's a quote. Fortunately, the equipment came with all its screws / washers. Very happy with this. I can stretch and do a little weight training with the TV on, after work. No drama or noise. Beware - not as "stable" as perhaps a commercial model. Be aware of your weight and surroundings. Don't "ask" for trouble by applying all your weight on one end.

This dip station is awesome. Easy to set up and I like how you can separate the two grip bars to save space for storage. The bars are all metal and sturdy. YouTube has a bunch of different exercises you can do with these.

I'm a beginner and recently started training to build my body. I like this product. I received it on-time delivery. I had tested it after I received it. It's working fine. It's light weight, sturdiness, Strong handle and Reinforcing plate body. They are given Guide paper how to use this product of Multifunctional combination training. Finally this product is good but not bad.

I bought these thinking as they were more expensive, they'd be better quality.They aren't stable. Not really safe to use.
