I feel like I don't even need to write a review. If you're reading this you already know how awesome these cases are.I bought one of these before touring China for a month and so glad I did. It is so lightweight compared to my prior case, but also can withstand a blow. I'm also surprised how well it does with temp control as well.When I got back, I bought one for my violin as well.

The seller did not indicate that the case was specific to the actual size of the viola, and should've have been clearer about that. This case was a gift for my daughter who is a musician who would be more aware of this requirement, but not knowing this info was a bit of a problem. This case was purchased for a 16 1/4 inch instrument and I will have to make fabric covered cushions for the bottom and sides to help buffer it inside the case. It also didn't come with a velvet blanket to place over the top of the viola before strapping it in. Not sure if this is an item that BAM usually includes with their cases? I now have to purchase a satin drawstring cover from the instrument maker. It was too much of a problem to send it back and wait to find a closer sized case for her as she needs it before traveling to music college.
