Great quality bamboo bread slicer. Like the option to have thin or thicker slices, easy to clean with the crumb catcher tray. Nice high quality storage bag is included, definitely recommend!

Useful for slicing whole loaves of bread. Folds up when not in use and is easy to setup. Has a nice storage bag to keep clean. Cleanup after slicing a breeze. Quality workmanship.

It's... Okay, but not perfect.PROS: It's attractive. I like that my knife can rest in a spot on either side. It's easy to use whichever of the three thickness options I want, and the thin one really is thin! The width is NOT adjustable, but it's the absolute perfect width for bread made in my Kitchenarm bread machine. It's very easy to fold up and shake the crumbs out of the tray. The tray is wider than the cutting surface so it catches all the crumbs. It's lightweight. Though I keep it on my counter, it's really quick and easy to assemble it when you need it so it would be easy to store in a cabinet if needed.CONS:The sides are just way too low, so it's still hard to cut bread straight even with it - which was kind of the point of buying it. The sides only go up like halfway - and that's on only a 1 pound loaf, the smallest my machine will make. And while it's attractive now, it is very rapidly getting cut up along the sides by my bread knife. I don't know how to prevent this if I'm going to cut my bread all the way through and not tear the bottom but. Even the tops of the little sticks get cut easily if you are not aiming straight and slice into the top of them (again, easy to do if you aren't good at cutting bread because the sides are so short). While it has a lot of PROs, the two CONs are pretty major for me, and honestly I probably would have exchanged it for a different one if the sides weren't already cut up.

It was easy to put up and fold down, comes with a nice storage bag. Is sturdy. I am experimenting with bread making and sure it will be well used.

Seams don't line up on the tray, the slicing "guides" so to speak, wobble back and forth as you slice. The first slicer I received didn't even line up to allow the slicing guide to sit in the grooves. Against my better judgment I did a return and replace (rather than refund) and the second slicer is only marginally better. The crumb catching tray looks like it was haphazardly cut and glued together in freshman wood shop.

The knife isn't the best but it will do okay if you don't have a good bread knife. It does fold and store very nicely. The base started to split and crack. Got to poor condition rather quickly. I won't buy this one again when its time to replace but is an okay one if you arent using it often.

I have been making bread in a bread maker for over a year. I would cut it free hand and end up with super thick slices and the slices were thick in some areas thin in others, it was a mess. I had to toast a lot of the slices in the toaster oven because they wouldn't fit in the toaster. This device changed all of that. I now have consistent slices AND I don't have to make bread as often because the slices are thinner because of the slots. I'm not sure when you'd ever use the thinnest setting, the middle slice setting is thinner than your average slice of bread from the store. Now my bread fits in the toaster and I don't end with some squishy parts and some burned parts because the slices are now a consistent thickness.
