It works well but the two guides are 1/4” longer than the crumb tray so it is difficult to fit all four pieces in. Once back together, it stores vertical very nicely.

I was so excited to get the product only to open it and it not fit together correctly. Therefore it does not slice bread correctly. I had to send it back.

Works pretty well. A little hard to cut thicker crusts, but maybe that's just me needing some practice. I like that it stores all the pieces in itself so it's nice and compact.

Hard to put together and slices are not even with no other options. Stops har hard to use and almost requires a hammer to get apart. Don’t waste the money.

This Bamboo Bread Slicer is beautifully designed. Its features allow you to stably hold a loaf of bread for precision slicing. The carved slots under the loaf keep the crumbs in the plastic tray beneath the cutting surface. I admire the workmanship displayed in the beautiful finish of the wood. If the bread I'm slicing is larger than the cutting space, I simply leave one side off and use the other as my cutting guide. I can make slices as thin or as thick as I choose.I give this Bamboo Bread Slicer a five-star rating. I highly recommend it to everyone who prefers to slice their own bread. It will also make a lovely gift for someone you love.
