I purchased this as Christmas gift to go along with a bread baking book for my step son. He hadn’t even thought about having something to keep the book upright and open while he was baking, so he really appreciated it. He said it’s very sturdy and good quality. The baking book is pretty large and heavy, so he was happy it held the book so well, and didn’t fall down.The measurement conversion charts are a nice bonus.

Product performance great. It bends back a little more than I like but can be propped up if needed. I leave it hanging over by my stove because I’ve used the conversions it more than as a book stand.
