Back in 1979 our local bookstore asked us to make acrylic shelves for displaying their greeting cards. That seemingly small event began the transformation of Clear Solutions. In 1969 we had begun by making custom furniture, picture frames, and housewares. Demand in the marketplace for our acrylic displays was so profound that it redefined our focus and helped make us one of the most respected names in the industry.

The slots in the back make it easy to adjust the backstop so my larger and smaller cookbooks sit comfortably. The front pane is easy to read through. I like very much that, when I'm not using it, it folds up thin to maybe an inch in thickness so I can use counter space it would otherwise occupy.

After reading some of the reviews about this cookbook holder, I was a little nervous of buying it. However, it is perfect for me. It holds my my cookbooks and notepad at a perfect angle to read. It also helps with spills and food splatter on my cookbooks. I love it!!!

If you like to cook and you need a book so you can lookat the recipe cuz you need to, then this book holder has the right look so you can read what you're trying to do and the book holder makes it easy to do that...cuz it holds your book or recipes at an angle so it's easy to read and has a protective shield to keep your ingredients from messing up your book. This stand is perfect for holding the pages of a cookbook or instruction manual in place and protecting it from damage. I don't know how I ever got along without it and highly recommend it!

This makes such a difference, especially if you have limited countertop space. It keeps my cookbook clean and makes it easier to read when it's raised up. It is part wood and part plastic so it's not cheap looking. You can adjust the stand in the back so it will suit different sized books. It's also great for when I am only looking off of a printout vice a whole book. I recommend this.

This works so well. It holds any size book up and open and easy to read while cooking. And the acrylic cover keeps splatters and spills off the book.

Looks nice on the countertop, can be easily put away. Helps pretext the pages from splatter. All in all, I'd recommend!

I really like how compact this unit is. It folds down flat to fit in the bookshelf easily. The back piece is loose and just slots into the grooves to allow for cookbooks of various thicknesses. The wood is paler than pictured, so I can stain it myself to suit my kitchen if I want to.
