Yes, I am on the same journey as a lot of others out there ... SOURDOUGH!!! These baskets are the perfect size for proofing. They are high quality and easy to clean.

I bought these to use with bread baking. The baskets are sturdy, however the liner is a little too shallow for the basket. One of my baskets had a gouge in the side. It is a little annoying, though it doesn't affect the use. Overall, this is a decent product.
