This kit is almost perfect for a person starting there sourdough journey. The only flaw. It needed a bendable scrapper to scrape the dough out of a bowl. This scrapper is good for cutting dough but not for scraping bowls. I had to buy the bendable scrapper. But overall very happy

I’m sorry I don’t have a photo showing the actual product, but the pictures show the results of using those products. The boules, the lame, and the flour duster.I recently began making my own sourdough.I have used every element of this kit and am very happy with every piece.I have made plain sourdough, and sourdough using inclusions, and the performance and durability is great!My basket liners have become… some may say seasoned, but I say kind of gummed up, or just a little too built up and coated.Anyway, I decided to clean them, so I washed them and they are good as new.I would recommend this kit to anyone starting their own sourdough journey.

A proper banneton has taken my breadmaking to a next level. The perfect size for a nice sourdough loaf. I dust the cloth insert with rice flour and the loafs proof and slide out easily. The razor blade + handle -- had no instructions, but I think I figured out how to assemble. It has also been a gamechanger for making clean venting cuts of the right depth (much much better than my paring knife!). Very happy with this purchase.
