MAR2025: 1 star only because the description is misleading. This does NOT fit the AR-5RM even though it takes the BL-5 series batteries. These batteries fit a short housing unit, not the longer AR-5RM. We are returning this item.

Extra capacity batteries that you can charge with your USB c charger. Keep them charged, you can change batteries in about 5 seconds. Great to have for emergency coms.

Does not fit. The fastener is about 1/16 of an inch shorter than the original factory battery so it will not fasten to the radio.

These batteries were tried on three different models of uv5 radios and none fit. They wouldn’t click into place. I modified the cases and smashed them hard and barely got them to fit. I bought four. One won’t charge. Find a different vendor.

I have the baofeng bf-f8hp, the batteries fall out, the don't fit. The plastic housing doesn't line up. Second time ordering batteries same thing.
