The box is great -- exactly what we wanted. The key to the lock is very tiny and weak, making the lock difficult to open. Both keys sent have trouble getting the lock open. We will drill holes in the box and use a regular padlock, with a nice thick, strong key.

This product arrived dented and bent in multiple locations, although exterior packaging didn't reflect as great of shipping damage. Did NOT contain all of the listed hardware as advertised. Did NOT measure to advertised measurements. Do NOT buy this product.

Just not made well. It was already bent when it arrived and therefore wouldn’t open without having to be yanked.It’s also not actually big enough for most packages so it’s impractical versus any other mailbox.

I wanted this for packages, before we could even get it mounted the wind blew it over and the top door went inside the mailbox, hasn't worked right since and i was surprised that the metal its made out of it so cheap and flimsy... I would not pay this again for this product it wasn't worth the money
