Failed inspection for lack of battery hold down. Shop wanted $98 to put one in (laughable). Had to buy a longer bolt, washer and a nut to make it work with my application (2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee) but it only cost me $6 plus another $4 for the bolt/washer/nut.

This is not a direct fit for a 2010 Mazda 6s with the 3.7L.The bolt is the wrong size and the block is to big to fit properly. I could not wait for something else and it was cheap enough so i modified this one to work and found a different bolt in my bolt bin to make it work. If you want a direct fit for your Mazda 6s do not buy this one.
